Hotel with Joan Miró design elements

The staff is professional, super friendly, and always ready to help with anything. The food was well-prepared, and the pool was clean and very well-maintained.
The rooms have great sound isolation—I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors at all. The location is also perfect: it’s very close to a beautiful sandy beach and public transport, which makes getting around super easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Good experience less breakfast

The experience, overall, was good. The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, although it had a slight smell of moisture and little natural light. The reception staff was always very friendly, attentive and helpful, which left us a great impression during our stay.
However, we had a very unpleasant experience on the second day for breakfast. The service manager assumed that we would bring food with us and spent virtually the whole meal watching our desk. He even stared at our lap and repeated twice that we were not allowed to carry food. He also asked a younger employee to keep an eye on us, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed throughout the meal.
It was a very unpleasant situation, which ended up staining an experience that, until then, had been quite positive. It is unfortunate that one single episode, even above just before our check-out, changed so negatively the impression we had of the hotel and its staff.

6-star breakfast and staff

Very clean, extremely friendly staff, 6-star breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Within walking distance to the small local beach with many locals, or you can go to the large hotel pool. We will come back! Thank you very much.

A quieter alternative to being in central Palma, which is anyway no more than 10 mins away by taxi or 20-25 mins by a bus that leaves every 10 minutes. Very good price-quality relationship, nice neighbourhood with the nearest beach at 10 mins walk west. Large pool, excellent bar, and very complete breakfast. And as for the name, the Foundation Joan Miro is only a short walk away!

LOVELY HOTEL IN PALMA

Spending 5 days in the lovely Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma with my partner was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, the room was large, very modern and comfortable, the breakfast was so delicious with a great choice but above all the friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff was overwhelming. It is situated approximately 10 to 15 minutes' drive to Plaza De La Reina which is in the very centre to all the sights, so in our case the most comfortable way was to get a taxi to and from the hotel which was around 12 euros per trip, kindly booked by the receptionists on duty. I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable, with a notable mention to Ana, Esther and Pepe who were so lovely. For those who love Joan Miro's work, the Fundacio Joan Miro Mallorca is just 15 minutes' walk from the hotel where one can actually see the studio of this great artist. I would like to thank the Management and Staff for making us so happy!
