zatrhne všechna správná políčka
výborná poloha barů, restaurací a supermarketů na dosah ruky, velké čisté pokoje, pohodlné postele, plavčík vždy ve službě u bazénu, velmi pěkné a přátelské místo k pobytu a jen 5 minut chůze od pláže

Nikdy jsem nespal celou dovolenou
Dorazili jsme, abychom museli hned zaplatit 80 EUR, které jsem nikdy neviděl zmínit. Chtěl jsem platit kartou, ale musela to být hotovost. Dorazili jsme do našeho pokoje pouze pozitivně, protože balkon byl sluneční pasti, ale hotel je na okraji velmi rušného kruhového objezdu, dopravní ruch byl hrozný. Hluk z projíždějících návštěvníků strany v noci šel do 5 hodin ráno, pak doprava začala v 6 hodin. Hlavní autobusová zastávka byla těsně pod oknem. Požádal jsem o přestěhování, ale paní na recepci byla tak hrubá a řekla mi, že už nejsou žádné pokoje. Takže jsme to museli vytrhnout. U bazénu bychom nikdy neměli dostat solárium. Nikdy se nevrátí. Mysli, že těžíte, když uvedete, zda hosté pobývají před hotelem, měli by být upozorněni na kruhový objezd a autobusovou zastávku. Byl jsem tak zklamaný z našeho pobytu

We want to thank you very much for the good opinion about the balcony of the apartment.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not informed that all our guests need to pay a breakages deposit of 80 Euros in cash. The breakages deposit is for possible damages to the apartment. If the apartment is in the same condition as at arrival, we return the breakages deposit completely. We inform all the guests that book directly with us that they need to pay a breakages deposit, all the agencies are also informed. 99% of the deposits are returned to our customers. We are very sorry to hear that you didn’t knew that we are located in the center of Salou, this is not a secret. We are located at Europe Square the main roundabout of Salou.
Most of our guest perceive our location as one of our main strengths.
Silence during the night is very important for us, we have a night porter that controls everything, but we would like to ask you to understand that controlling people that are walking down the streets is very difficult. We regret to hear that you had a bad experience with one of our receptionist. Sometimes it is impossible to move customers due to the fact that we are fully booked but of course that' s no reason to be rude we are going to investigate about this matter. We are so sorry to hear that you could never get a sun bed by the pool. It is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds. We walk several rounds to see if people are occupying the sunbeds without being in the swimming pool, if there is nobody we leave a small paper informing that it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds, if nobody returns to the sunbeds we will remove the towel because we understand that all the sunbeds need to be at free disposal of our guests.
For us it was a pleasure to receive you as one of our guests.

Skvělá centrální poloha. Apartmány dobré velikosti a čisté. Jediná nevýhoda, pokud byla sluneční lehátka u bazénu velmi nepříjemná. Ale jiný než tento personál opravdu přátelský velkou hodnotu za peníze. Určitě se v příštím roce vrací

Praskající hotel
Zůstali jsme zde na 5 nocí v říjnu, personál byl brilantní, pokoje velmi velké, postele jsou pohodlné a poloha hotelu je perfektní, vřele doporučujeme tento hotel, pokud hledáte vlastní stravování, protože pokoje jsou plně vybaveny lednicí, sporákem a všemi náležitostmi , supermarket hned vedle a spousta restaurací v docházkové vzdálenosti,
