catastrophic

I am writing here to make others aware that this hotel does not deliver what it promises or how it presents itself. This is by no means 4 stars. We had a suite in room 357. The air conditioning did not work properly, which is unfortunate when it is 39 degrees outside. One chooses a 4-star hotel because one needs functioning air conditioning. We arrived here and the air conditioning showed 28 degrees in the bedroom and 27 degrees in the living room of the suite. The technician came, held his thermometer in the air conditioning vent, and said it was 18.5 degrees there, and the room would be cooled down in 20 minutes. That was not the case. We spent the night at 28 degrees in the room. The technician came back. So the air conditioning was not able to cool down the room, which is a real problem at almost 40 degrees in Seville. The hotel tried to tell us a fairy tale, in which it was first claimed that it would cool down. The sink drain did not work. The rooftop terrace with the pool is run-down, which also looks completely different in the photos on the internet.

DO NOT GO, YOU WILL REGRET IT

It is not a four-star hotel, I do not think it even reaches three. The staff is so used to the filth of the place where they work that they lie to your face without hesitation; if this is not enough to dissuade you from going, keep in mind that YOU WILL NOT SLEEP, the walls are so thin that you hear your neighbor talking in a normal tone, not shouting, just talking normally, imagine the scene at night; if you go in the summer, another incentive is the pool, forget it, it is DIRTY AND OVERCROWDED, towels run out immediately, it is not even worth approaching, if you still consider it, let me tell you that THEY HOLD YOUR CARD EVEN HAVING PAID IN ADVANCE. They are slashing prices because they know what they have, do not do as I did and ignore the negative reviews, you are still in time to save yourself a disastrous experience.

Could be better

I have gone on the occasional work trip, the appearance is somewhat neglected, the rooms are normal, and ahhhh it is very hot and the water machines that were at the front desk are no longer there !!!!!!!, you have to go down to the parking garage !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seville July 2026

The facility is very beautiful viewed from the outside, inside it is dated, very large and with a somewhat retro style. Rooftop pool is small and not adequate for the hotel's occupancy, rooms are not soundproofed, too far from the center and in a peripheral area. On the other hand, reception staff are kind and the breakfast is good; it is not a 4-star property in my opinion.

Bad experience

More than 45 minutes of waiting to check in, no soundproofing; you hear your neighbors' conversations, the pool is decent, however, it is extremely crowded and there are very few lounge chairs.
No water pressure in the shower, just a trickle of water.
Very mediocre breakfast (everything is industrial except for the churros, which are very, very mediocre).
Hotel is far from points of interest; there is nothing, no restaurants in the vicinity.
I will not return.
In my opinion, avoid it.
