Highly recommended accommodation. It is very well located and very nice. It has practical details that make the stay comfortable. The condition of the appliances, furniture, etc. is impeccable, as well as the cleanliness of the apartment.
Homeowners are very friendly people, with an interest in offering the best and willing to help with the information needed to make customers have a pleasant stay.
I would return without hesitation

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

Fully recommended. We were at the Portico. Spacious, well decorated, not missing a detail. Well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, toaster... everything. Some details that pleased us were the sobaos pasiegos that Nacho leaves you in the kitchen and bottles of mineral water. And there are also umbrellas, we are in Santander!!! It is in the center and you also have the option of parking 2 minutes from the apartment. Even if it's central, there's no noise.
I recommend calling Nacho and talking to him to manage the reservation. He is a great professional and will attend and advise you properly.

An exquisite apartment

These apartments are decorated with exquisite taste, they do not lack a detail. Modern, elegant, clean and with everything you need. Its location is excellent in the center of Santander but without noise. But if I want to highlight something, it is the exquisite and detailed treatment that all of the hosts have. It's the second time we've gone and we already feel like family. Without a doubt a winning combination.

An experience to remember

We stayed in this splendid apartment as a family, with 2 little girls. Very comfortable apartment, with attention to every detail, well furnished, perfect location for visiting the center of Santander on foot, and close to the bus stop for getting around. Very helpful owners, they gave us valuable advice. Thank you!

A very charming accommodation

The accommodation is spectacular, the top floor of a historic building restored with exquisite taste. Its age is not at odds with its comfort, as it has everything you need and is extremely comfortable.
The location is excellent, and you can have parking so you can have your car at hand in case you want to go on an excursion. There are many charming shops and bars in the area, it is all pedestrianized, so it is very quiet.
The personalized and welcoming attention of its owner, Eneida, deserves special mention. He provided us with the kind of recommendations and advice that make the trip an even better experience.
In short, a very charming place to which I will return whenever I can.
