Not secure
During my last stay at the Exe Palmera Seville, I unfortunately experienced a very bad situation, the disappearance of clothes from my room... the only response I received from the manager was, "We are only responsible for personal belongings locked in the safe."

The disappearance of my personal belongings speaks volumes about the security. They claim not to be responsible, yet someone who had access to my room rummaged through my suitcase and stole a new pair of pants and a new polo shirt. No, we are not safe there.

Terrible location. A run-down hotel with beds that are way too hard.
The hotel is located in an industrial area. About half an hour by bus to the center. Dirty and messy around the hotel.
The interior is run-down.
The beds are way too hard. Upon inquiry, there were neither toppers nor any other options to lie softer.
Breakfast had little variety. The coffee was terrible.
Never again.

Disappointing.
I stayed one night at the Exe Sevilla Palmera and the experience was disappointing. Hotel very far from the center, old and worn structure. Poor breakfast compared to other EXE hotels in the same chain, with little choice and not good quality. Furthermore, during breakfast, the staff made a lot of noise while cleaning, creating an atmosphere of fatigue and little attention towards the guests.
The reception staff was also rude! Moreover, they charged me for a bottle of water that I thought was complimentary and did not give me a receipt. I do not know if it is a lack of experience or a lack of courtesy towards customers, but I advise the hotel to better select and train the staff. Overall, the service and quality are not up to a 4-star standard.

Breakfast was poor compared to other EXE hotels, with limited choices and low-quality food. During breakfast, the staff was also very noisy while cleaning, creating an unpleasant atmosphere and giving the impression that they were tired and unmotivated.
