A nightmare in Seville

The worst experience I have ever had away from home, we could not sleep at all the 4 occupants because of scandalous noises from the other apartment. Not only that until 7 a.m., but the next day I find that the host writes to me by WhatsApp and sending me a picture of another apartment, that I forget the bond that does not return it for having left such a room. I immediately called to clarify the situation because it was false, we attached a video where we left everything intact. Not only did they not answer me, they also hung my fellow passengers. So it was a couple of hours before they wrote to me acknowledging the mistake, I replied that I please wanted to talk to someone about it. The answer I got was that I had to first take into account the schedules of the workers and that it was not time to bother on a Sunday, which already on Monday would contact the booking finance department. I find the treatment regrettable and abysmal given the gravity of the situation. I don't understand how it can work like this, I don't know if this comment will serve or not to put solution but if to inform future guests that they can avoid problems and dislikes if they can choose other options.

Lousy deal.

Lousy, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this accommodation. For starters the bed and sofa bed are uncomfortable (and I know I haven't paid for a 5-star hotel), host's response to another review. But the worst certainly the host’s treatment towards us, he sent us a message that we were not refunded the 250 euros deposit for damage in the apartment, obviously it was a lie, good thing before leaving we made a video that proved it was totally false. What's normal we called but we didn't get an answer, we called from different numbers. After a while he wrote to tell us that it had been a mistake, but that it was not time to call because they were resting.
Apart from the noise and how the neighbors were heard.
I will never come back and I really recommend not staying in this apartment. A person who lives on this and thanks to those of us who rent their apartment cannot treat the client in that way.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately the treatment received. They sent us pictures of the state in which they said we had left the apartment with the announcement that we will forget to recover bail. To which we responded with a video of how we really left it. They had confused customers and on top of that they told us it wasn't time to bother them with calls.
Beds are the delights of any faquir.
The apartment upstairs is like it is not independent of the lower one. You hear everything.
I do not recommend it at all.

Rude and incorrect host

We booked 3 days through a well-known platform. Once we received confirmation we received a request for a 50% surcharge on the published price. When asked for clarification on the motivation, we were told that the platform did not have the updated quote and that it had many other requests (the price was the same on 3 different platforms...). Given our hesitation the host canceled the reservation. Really rude and unfair.

a UGLY suck

There are not many words, it is a micro-studio apartment full of mold, or rather its own water., from the roof and walls. Bad smells of course that they try to pass with a thousand unnecessary perfumers. Not classifiable, just don't go. It certainly feels much better.
