Sleep Center Vitoria

Very well located. Hotel of its category. Comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff although check-in is done by cashier. Fairly quiet. Good price. Located next to the old town of Vitoria near the bars and restaurants. Advisable to go with friends

To avoid

We had booked 4 rooms
There is no one to welcome you
Everything is done using an automatic device located in front of the entrance
The credit cards were not working we had to call a number and someone came to help us
We moved the beds, the floor was dusty and dirty
Moisture in the rooms
On our last night we had no heating: iced radiators
Pros: hotel location and large enough rooms
Of course we wanted to show our dissatisfaction but as usual no one at the reception

A well located hotel

A Warm Welcoming, my Spanish is approximate, the room is correct and impeccable, the location of the hotel is perfect to visit the city on foot,.
The neighborhood is not the most chic but nothing to say...
There is a paid car park about 100m away.

Basic, Functional, Adequate

Just stayed for one night between cities in a lengthy business trip. Room was clean, comfortable and functional, though small and the choice of colours a bit drab. Good wifi, friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit iffy - Vitoria has areas with more charm, and at night I discovered this is very close to the street where everyone goes to stand outside and drink - not so close that I could hear it, but I went out in the evening for supper and the atmosphere outside was a bit off-putting.

Good value

This was the cheapest hotel in which we stayed in Northern Spain and it was fine though rather out dated and a bit shabby. The location is excellent on the edge of the old town near the new Artium. Breakfast wasn’t available. The lady of the house gave us superb recommendations for pintxos bars.
