Pleasant weekend of history and relaxation
I spent a pleasant weekend in this hotel and I was truly satisfied with the experience. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind, helpful, and professional, capable of making you feel welcomed from the very first moment.
The buffet breakfast was one of the strong points: a wide selection of products, all of excellent quality, with plenty of variety for both those who prefer sweet and those who love savory.
The location of the hotel is another great advantage: central and very convenient for reaching the center on foot, ideal for visiting the city without having to use a car or public transport.
A truly pleasant stay that I recommend without hesitation. If I return to the area, it will definitely be my first choice.

Excessive paid price for the room
We give 1 star because nn it is possible to give 0.
Our superior room on the second floor was not adequate for the price paid.
In the bedroom the mattress was smashed to one side and the topper was unbalanced all to one side, a pillow cover pierced
In the ceiling there was a whitewashed hatch.
The couch was dirty with stains in several places. The curtains, in addition to being dust gray, were stained in several places.
In the bathroom the shower cubicle had mold and rust stains in several places, both inside and outside. And more.
The toilet was cleaned summarily.
The lobby was unspeakable: dirty interior windows, carpets stained in several places as well as sofas, elevators hardly presentable.
The breakfast poor and certainly not quality. Having stayed two nights we tested the breakfast at different times.

Everything on site was quite nice and the staff was very helpful. For any non-Spaniards, anything you might need you have to ask at the desk. You'll find no ice, for example, but a simple request gets you a full bucket. No iron in the room but, again, a simple request and an iron and a board appear. My first night it seemed a little loud with hallway noise but then I realized that there is an inner door to the bedroom part. I closed that door and the problem was solved! It was very quiet after that. A very pleasant experience all around.

We stayed for 3 nights 4 day. Very close to the center of old town zaragosa. Down side. Uber pick at front door just drop-off.

We drove up to the lobby and checked in. After dropping off the bags in my fresh clean room, I went back to take my car to the parking garage.
The front desk staff also helped me book a dinner at Casa Pedro. Reservations recommended because it’s a smaller more intimate dinner not like the tapas in El Tubo.
The hotel is really convenient for everything you want to visit in Zaragoza. We also recommend La Fama for breakfast churros and 99 cheesecake (0.99 euros)
