From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us and took care of the luggage and car. We were also upgraded to a suite at a reasonable price. Very comfortable room and great location.

“Good Location and Service, but Basic Amenities”

The hotel has a good location, and the customer service at the entrance and lobby was excellent.
The service in the breakfast area could also be improved, the food was plain and basic, the waitress seemed a bit rude and there was no greeting or welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, the AC unit is old and noisy,the amenities were quite limited, with only one bottle of water and one toothbrush provided. The soap and shampoo also seemed to be of very low quality, super watery products.
Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, I would personally rate it closer to a 3–star experience at best.

This is our second time in this hotel. This time we were accompanied by our dog. We were very well looked after.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and they had all amenities we would need. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of offerings, fresh fruit and pastries all in a lovely big ballroom setting!
We loved Zaragoza! What a special place with a great vibe. We loved exploring the alleyways of El Tubo!
