Horrific and dangerous hotel!
We contacted the organization and also the hotel but they’ve been trying to avoid us ever since. I can’t even upload the pictures in the app nor the website. They are blocking this.
AGODA claimed to help us within the first 48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS, and all they can come up with is that AGODA can’t reach the hotel???
We ordered the SUPERIOR QUEENS ROOM: with a big bed but we got two small seperate beds.
The room was covered in mold and moist, the painting was falling apart, you could see they painted partly over the walls, sigaret Burns in the sheets, sockets hanging outside the wall with the wires bare, there was mold in the air conditioning,… we have pictures of everything but everyone is looking the other way! We travelled for a long time and that’s why we wanted to nap. But not even 3 hours later we woke up SICK. This is the 8th day and we’re still coughing! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. Even the elevator doors wouldn’t close properly! We won’t leave it at this. We paid for Seven days and only stayed 3 hours! But it COSTED us so much more!

Stay away from Dorus hotel! They posted on internet as a 4 star hotel but they do not deserve even 2 stars! So bad! ;(
