It was an amazing trip staff was very helpful at to check out everything was clean and our bedroom made daily any questions I have the answer I would totally go again

My room needed a deep cleaning. Fan in bathroom was dirty; soap scum on the edge of the tub; AC unit smelled dusty.
Positive - overall hotel is pretty quiet. Has a restaurant and bar and easy access to the interstates. Ask for a room on pool side; less traffic noise from the interstate.

Classic old hotel in Albuquerque

Classic hotel with all the amenties; beautiful large outdoor pool, indoor pool, separate bar and restaurant, large lobby.
Excellent friendly staff.

Made reservations and when I got there to check in they didnt have my room available. Also wouldnt accept my chime card as payment

This was a good stay for what we wanted. The pool was excellent, it’s large and comfortable. Although the Monday we were there the landscapers go pretty late into the day so its harder to relax worth the noise. Tried breakfast at the restaurant and it was a mess, staff was overwhelmed (but the restaurant wasn’t busy 3 tables, 3 servers, breakfast. We didn’t go back. The cocktail lounge has a great happy hour and great jalapeno margaritas. Overall a great stay.
