Wonderful stay, the room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly host. I definitely recommend Highland Glen, Plenty of places to relax and even a hot tub. Loved our stay

The owner is just delightful. Full of great info about the area. Enjoyed speaking with her. The lodge is beautifully decorated. The bed provided a great sleep. The rooms are pretty and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Set in a lovely area.

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with easy access to the airport and downtown Anchorage. The room was lovely with comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was luxurious. And the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, served on beautiful bone china. Our hosts were friendly and offered good suggestions for our vacation. I highly recommend this lovely inn.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. We were asked to put on slippers right near the front door and there were slippers in the closet for us to use. So their guests would have dirty shoes on the 2nd floor.
The breakfast was amazing!!! So delicious. Mark can really cook.
There’s a hot tub on the roof of the garage that you can go in any time of the day.
There’s antiques throughout the whole house. They are so lovely. There’s a sitting room too on the first floor.
The grounds are nice, they have a gazebo that you can sit in.
The location is close to stores and restaurants.

It is not a hotel, is a bed and breakfast. No staff at the property at all. No elevator. You enter, get your papers that someone let at the door. For dinner, DoorDash is the best option. The breakfast was ok. Good coffee. But the house is beautiful and cozy.
