The Most Excellent Experience Ever!

Hotel Renegade is 1000 of of 100!!! They are beyond EXCELLENT! Everything about this place is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! The staff, the room, the restaurants, the EVERYTHING is better than any place I’ve ever stayed in my 57 years on earth!

Over priced. They don’t know how to provide the type of service that matches the pricing. Valet and bellman service would have been helpful. But you have to find them and tell them how to do it. Room service was awful. Food so so but they clearly don’t know how to provide it. At least at that price level. No table, no salt and pepper, no aujus with the raw, literally raw, cold prime rib and no one came to get the dirty dishes even though we asked. Try to cut prime rib sitting on the sofa Or bed.
There’s absolutely no privacy for the bathtub or shower, they sit in the center of the suite visible from every direction
The staff were very friendly and polite but the hotel is clueless about the logistics of a pleasant expensive stay.

Our experience here was amazing. My mom and I stayed for a conference at Boise Centre. From the time we arrived to the time we left anyone we came in contact with was amazing. The valet staff was so helpful, the check in staff was very informative, even the cleaning ladies were amazing! Last night we went to the rooftop bar. My mom got food and we both got a drink and all of it was amazing and the waitress was awesome! We will be back.

Beautiful luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown Boise.

The minute you walk into Hotel Renegade you get a sense of warmth and luxury. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing; from the check-in desk to the lobby bar , roof top bat, coffee shop and valet staff. Not one issue. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The showers are AMAZING! Rain heads as well as a typical shower head that has a bit more pressure making it easy to rinse the shampoo and the robes provided are perfect. Each floor has a water fill up station, allowing you the choice of still, sparkling or hot water and the ice is provided via pre-measured bags in a freezer at the station. We had an odd number room on the 6th floor with no real view, but you were able to see the mountains through the buildings in the distance. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with access to a multitude of bars and restaurants and it seems like everything in Boise is 10 minutes away. A bit pricey, but that's to be expected. Valet is $35/night but that includes in and out privileges.
The only issue we had overall is the lack of storage for clothing. There are no drawers to speak of, just a basket under each night stand. There is an armoire with a few hangers. That's it.
We would 100% recommend Hotel Renegade and stay again, if (when) we make it back to Idaho.
