Properly was well maintained. We had a wonderful time. The only issue we faced was that our room wasn’t clean. We left for a whole day and came back and it wasn’t clean or anything. Everything else was fine. Would highly recommend.

everything on the breakfast buffet looked fresh. However we didn't eat it. It did look good. The room was clean the bed was comfortable , The staff was pleasant . Parking was easy to get in and out. Location was wonderful. Easy to get around. The property was well taken care of.

Staff was welcoming. Bartender was great, gave us recommendations around the area for places to eat! Rooms were nice! It was a quick overnight stay but recommend!

Worst Marriott & SpringHill Stay EVER!!

We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Sunday. Our room was never made up despite asking the front desk no less than 4 times and being ‘PROMISED’ the room would be made the next day. I’ve stayed in Marriott hotels as a member for 3 and a half decades. And, this was the pitts!!! The last day we came back to no trash removal, dishes still in the room, room not made up, a tv that didn’t work and 10th of a roll of TP and nothing from the management who seems to hide in the back office. It’s just not sanitary. I should have known when we checked in and the bottoms of my white sox were black from the floor. It’s awful regardless of what Marriott tells you. I could go on but be assured if you want the worst service in Bowling Green the home of the National Corvette Museum just try this hotel. We have had a great experience at other Marriott hotels and a few poor one but never have I ever seen such irresponsible management in my career. I’m telling my Corvette clubs across the SW to steer clear when you’re in Bowling Green.

Beds are ok, breakfast is ok, staff could be better the guy at check inn was a mildly rude and I’ve been treated better. Also elevator had vomit and smelled really bad.. definitely not a 9+ and not staying again here
