Super hi tech

I really liked this hotel. It has a fun, modern vibe that’s a little different from your typical hotel. The lobby is huge, and the first thing you notice is the massive bar right in the middle. It honestly reminded me of one of those trendy bars you’d find in Manhattan. There are lots of places to hang out too—couches, chairs, booths, workspaces—and I found myself just sitting there enjoying the atmosphere. The artwork, books, and quirky little decorations gave the place a lot of personality.
Check-in was quick and done on an iPad, which set the tone for the whole stay. This hotel is definitely all about technology.
The rooms are small, probably about the size of a cruise ship balcony cabin, but they’re laid out so well that it never felt cramped. My favorite part was all the tech in the room. Everything is controlled from an iPad—you can adjust the lights, change the colors, control the TV, and even choose different lighting moods like relax, romance, sleep, or daytime. I may have played with the lights more than I should have!
Breakfast is $25 a person, and I honestly thought it was worth it. It’s not your average hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh, there were plenty of choices, and it’s all you can eat. I had the lox and cream cheese bagel, and it was so fresh and delicious.
If you’re heading out on a cruise, the location is hard to beat. It’s just a short ride to the cruise terminals, which made getting to the port super easy. I’d definitely stay here again.

Super nice staff and every one was helpful. Central air is a known problem in building and staff is quick to help fix your problem

Great if you are a couple or a solo traveler. Rooms are minimal but nice. Definitely not a family hotel

This is a Marriott Bonvoy property. We stayed here prior to our cruise due to the proximity of the cruise terminal. This hotel is very cute. Although the rooms are small they are comfortable and met our needs. We often cruise out of Miami and this hotel will be the one to use for all our future stays.

I always stay here when I visit Miami on my solo trips, my room just happened to be warmer than what I’m used to; and the staff made sure to take care of me and get me moved when the room didn’t feel better even after a few hours. I appreciate the attentiveness and taking action in a timely manner! I will be back as I always am. :)
