Great Miami experience
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I received an almost immediate response to every question I asked. They were very accommodating and even allowed me an early check in. Kasa flora is in a perfect location and a great bonus is that you get two beach chairs included in the price. I have stayed here twice and am already planning another return.

I was asked about staff ... what staff ? There is not even a front desk.

Above expectations
Super cute and clean hotel! Walking distance to everything I wanted to go to and needed. I was expecting one room with 2 beds however to my surprise I walked into a little living room with a 3 person couch and mini kitchen. The next room was the bedroom...loved it. Communication with the renters was amazing! Definitely would recommend Kasa la flora and would definitely stay here again!

I love the concept of KASA. This was my second stay ( last time it was a different location) the room was clean and spacious. All is well.
My only complaint is that there is a small coffee maker only. I drink tea. Alle water tastes like coffee. There is a small kitchen section , but there are no plates , no water boiler, no utensils of any kind, no cups minus paper cups. For me I like to have some tea, or some water or even some simple bouillon . I buy it myself but a water boiler please. Many hotels started to use these wasteful machines . A water boiler some instant coffee some tea bags.?

The rooms were very clean, self-check-in was smooth, the people working there were helpful and friendly. I stayed in a larger room with family for several days, then I switched to a smaller room for an additional week and a half.
During the week, noise at night wasn’t a problem. On the weekend (Friday/Saturday) nights, the nightclub behind the building gets loud, predictably until 4am, and I needed noise cancelling headphones because the rhythm is inconsistent and I couldn’t ignore it: earplugs didn’t help. One Friday night was super loud, however, and the club went to 6am - the room vibrating is probably beyond noise ordinances even for the touristy area (brief googling suggested 100ft and/or 100 decibels). Noise cancelling headphones were no help that one night.
The majority of my stay was also at the extreme end of the building, and my room didn’t get WiFi signal except for one half of the room with only a wooden chair to sit on. They didn’t make any effort to remedy it during my stay, which was disappointing, and tiresome to compensate for. A family member was disappointed that the beach chairs provided by the resort fee were only available 9am-5pm (from a separate business), and it’s more comfortable to spend time at the beach before and after those hours.
The location is very convenient, and it’s in the major tourist area hub, so I expected some noise. I don’t know if I would trade my sleep for it again, though.
