excellent location
One bedroom with a bathroom in a unit where there are 4 bedrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. Very good location. The landlord speaks French and is very proactive and friendly. Room a little small, good for 1 to 3 nights max.

Central accommodation in Miami beach
We stayed 3 nights at this centrally located property between 6th st and Washington and were very happy.
It is not a Hotel but a simple B&B with many amenities.
We start from the structure, our room although not huge was equipped with all the comforts you look for in a hotel; also we had available and free towels, and other equipment to go to the beach.
The mistress is called Arzù and is an exquisite person, ready to help and advise you for everything (kindness made person). There is no breakfast but there is a shared kitchen and other spaces inside the house where you can consume what you buy externally.
The location is very central, and is very close to the sea and the famous Ocean drive.
Pubs and supermarkets are very close, one even outside the front door.
I recommend it to those who want to spend the right amount and enjoy the best part of Miami beach.

Zero collaboration
Mrs. arzu treated us badly ruining our honeymoon because, due to a change in the arrival flight, we would have arrived an hour later than check in, or at 21 (appropriate time and not late at night). She replied categorically that she closed at 8 and to contact customer service. He did not want to know either to expect us or to ask for a penalty for the late arrival time. He literally "stole" $124 from us and we had to find another accommodation on the fly. Not to provide, in 2024, a method other than in-person check-in is absurd. He offered us the invoice that we could present to the airline, but it was completely unnecessary and involved red tape, and he never responded to booking.com requests to cancel without penalty or to provide for at least half the agreed price cancellation. Thank you arzu for your cooperation.

Armed to get your money EYE
They take your reservation but if you don't arrive before the scheduled time
Closing they don't receive you and they don't give you your money back either. I sent them a warning but they told me that they were the owners and that if I arrived at 8 at night I would stay outside and they would not return my money. I notified them days before once I had confirmation of the flight. If you book here, BE CAREFUL, don't be late, they will steal your dollars...

Untrustworthy and Manipulative - BEWARE!!
I booked here and needed to cancel due to a personal emergency 10 days out from the date. I begged them to refund us and was lead on to believe we would be refunded until we were convinced to cancel so they could resell the room again. Once we did this we never got a reply to any more messages asking what was happening. We feel cheated and lied to, manipulated and taken for a ride. I would be very careful trusting the way this place operates.
