Thanks for bring curves back to the bland rectangle room...

Wish I had more time here. Ok the hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach. Great staff always willing to help. The lobby itself is worth visiting. But to the basics. The front desk team and valet were always there if I needed them. Professional and quick. The room itself was very well designed and functional with USB outlets everywhere. Nice to have a room where they put details on things like curved walls, a most incredible shower and lots of texture everywhere. While room service is not available there is a great resturant on floor 8(inside or outside). Pool as well. Lots of little restaurants on the same block.

Exceptional attention and service at the UNFRAMED!

Just coming back from a fabulous girls trip in Miami. We stayed at the UNFRAMED hotel in Miami Beach. It is a new hotel, only opened in April but you would not have been able to tell as the service there was like a well oiled machine already. Every single employee we encountered was polite, friendly and made us feel welcome. The checking in experience was great and even though we got there at 11am they had 2 out of our 3 rooms available for us to check-in early. The door men were fantastic handing us cold water and opening doors for all our uber rides, housekeeping cleaned our rooms with such care of our belongings each day. The bartender was a great mixologist and remembered the drinks we all liked down to the little details whether that was at the lobby bar or the pool bar. I cant speak highly enough of the service we six girls received and we all would book to stay again as well as recommend it to all our friends. Thanks so much for making our girls trip a trip to remember.

Appalling stay here!

The service was appalling. They charged me $298 to wash some underwear and socks on my stay! I was not warned about the price at all and received no apology or help when trying to dispute this.
Our room also had snagging issues meaning our balcony had a whistling sound which made it difficult to sleep. Again we received no apology when we pointed this out and were moved to a worse room! The service by the hotel staff was shocking and I cannot believe I paid all this money to be treated like that.
$300 for washing?! Disgusting.

Good Spot in Miami Beach

Great location and great experience. Love their new restaurant on the roof top. I did not give five stars because details were missing for a luxury experience. Overall a solid hotel and defintely recommend for value, service and location.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Hotel is in a perfect location. Super clean! Staff was very friendly. Lobby is gorgeous.

The only little tiny thing I didn’t like was that the beach access was at the Loewes hotel down the street and the loewes hotel was not very welcoming.
Other than that 10/10
