Great hotel in a great location

Great hotel really well located by Pier 39. Fantastic breakfast at The Eagle Cafe included. Really comfy bed and spacious room and we had a great view to the bay. Nice touches like a little free Smores making kit with fire pits in the courtyard. Instant boiling water and cold water as well as microwaves in the kitchen room on each floor as well as ice machine. Lovely staff. Would recommend.

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and they have cool games to play in the courtyard. I wish they had a pool and hot tub, but so close to pier 39!

I just think the parking was a lot. I stayed for 2 nights and payed 65.00 each night. I think it should be free to staying guest.

There's no breakfast on this property. There is a 7-Eleven on the west side of the building. Two blocks south there is a Trader Joe's. People can grab pre-made sandwiches salads chicken bowls etc. there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance.
If you are driving in there is a parking garage you will need to get your key card first in order to park your vehicle in the parking garage. It is $65 a day.
If you are staying in the rooms that are on the exterior of the property near Pier 39(East side) on the weekends you can hear the music until midnight. So if you're a light sleeper ask for an interior room.
The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and they will clean it everyday for you if you want. You can see some wear and tear on the interior of the bathroom doors and frame.
You will receive two packages of s'mores to cook out on their Open flames in the courtyard between 6:00 p.m. And 10:00 p.m. They will cut off the flames at 10pm sharp. We went out there at 8:30 p.m. on our last night and people left their trash because there's only one trashcan, which was hard to find. It would be great to have some trashcans near each fire pit or have someone walk through the courtyard periodically and pick up the trash.
All in all this is a great place to stay. It's easy access to everything you might want to see. There's even some bicycles one block South that you can rent through the Lyft app to help you get around.

Location is great but room was awful. Smells like cigarettes and now all of our clothing will carry the stench :/ There is vomit at the entrance to the building from the second floor parking garage. They charge 85$ to park but if you use spothero most likely it will be 25$ Gross Nasty Hotel.
