Bullet holes, dismantled locks, filth

HORRIFYING. I can handle a cheap crappy motel, but this was absolutely on the next level. Upon checking in, we walked to our room and passed multiple rooms with doors open and people writhing on the beds. In our room, the bed was broken and the curtains were shredded. Before examinging further we immediately went back to the front desk, and the front desk lady said "yeah people live here" and gave us an "upgrade." Upon entering the "upgrade" we saw that the swing bar lock was dismantled. The room reeked, the carpet and furniture were stained and broken, the bathroom vanity was covered in burns, and above all else there were AT LEAST 10 BULLET HOLES IN THE CEILING.

When I arrived to check-in, there was yelling and screaming going on in the lobby between guests. Apparently there were kids left unattended through the day & they were running around the building disturbing other guests.
When I was finally able to check-in, and we made it to our room, it had roaches, it smelled bad and no TV remote. Complained to staff...she said we could move but most of the rooms were the same. She was very apologetic and embarrassed. Did give us a discount. 😒

The staff was the rudest of any hotel in my life. From the security to the hotel manger who cussed me out for sitting to. Long in the lobby to charge my phone. The security was rude and all the staff acted aggressively to others and myself in the hotel like they were on drugs. Also cops came in and arrested a bunch of prostitutes and staff tried to cover it up and appeared to be somewhat involved. Ill never stay there again nor would ever recommend it to anyone unless the staff is replaced by real people of customer service value and quality not foul iuth bully aggressive types. Super shady and sketch place to stay.

The picture online does not match in real life, the have roaches in the rooms, no WiFi, no pool rust and holes in the shower tub

This is the worst place ive layed my head by far 100% without a shadow of a doubt, im ashamed I had to come here but the price was super cheap for a reason.. Unsavory characters roaming the premises 25/8 (Days&Night).
