Poor cleanliness and hygiene

I stayed 1 night as part of a tour of the Balkans. The internet was good. The room was dirty with carpets and walls, cleanliness was immaculate, and I had to clean my own hair and hair from the bathroom and bed. Breakfast was low, but dinner was good. There were no bouquets in the room. And away from the center. There can be a better hotel with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene as part of the tour.

This hotel was decent back in time . Nowadays it’s in a bad shape .” Luxury “ Room was very dirty . Lots of stains and dirt on the carpet and on the walls . Breakfast is extremely bad , very small choice and nothing is fresh . I ended up not eating there at all .
I would not recommend staying here . There are much better choices around . That is my humble advice to any tourist who’s considering this place.

A hotel I visited by tour

Jolly tour was a hotel we stayed with my wife the first time we arrived 3.story rooftop rooms reserved for us They gave us two separate beds of a thousand witnesses and a thousand 70 cm they gave us two separate beds sheets yellow ripped dirty was very bad disappointment we wanted another room we had no room available They said at first there was a double room like us after they had a complaint they knew there were two separate beds they gave us a message to the general manager of these tour companies they expressed our disappointment thanks to that gentleman they gave us a more neat room from the 2nd floor they told us there was never a room available and then how many rooms were available very ugly things these are our fault if we don't pay so we don't stay free because they have a room arranged so there could not be anything in this way thanks to that gentleman they gave us a better location not always have to use taxis

Bad

Service is bad. Blood stains were on the beds. Plus, the seats on the pillows were stunning. We had to rip out our own Linen. You can bring the new product by screaming instead of the products that end at breakfast. A non-cash hotel

Never Think of Leaving

We spent our last day in this hotel as part of the Balkan Tour, and unfortunately it is very difficult to call it a hotel. Moreover, there was no way to eat anything in that dirty and dirty hall, called the breakfast room, where the Turkish employees worked, among the garbage, dirty plates and dirty tables, there was nothing decent to eat other than bread. .I would never want to stay in a hotel like this again, even if it was free.
