Great service and a stay I'll definitely remember

This was my first stay at Granbell Hotel Colombo, and I genuinely enjoyed it.
Before I arrived, Ms. Sumaya Faizal from the reservations team was very helpful and made sure my requests were noted. That gave me confidence before I even checked in.
When I arrived, the front desk was friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Kaushalya, who looked after me during my stay. She was always approachable, happy to help, and made me feel welcome from check-in until I left.
My room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely sea view with the Colombo skyline in the background. Waking up to that view was probably my favourite part of the stay.
I also appreciated how quickly the staff responded whenever I needed something in my room. Small things like that really make a difference.
When I checked out, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I spent a few more hours in Colombo before catching my train back to Galle, which made the rest of my day much easier.
Overall, I had a really positive experience. Thanks again to Ms. Sumaya Faizal, Ms. Kaushalya, and the rest of the Granbell team for your kindness and hospitality. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Colombo.

Amazing experience

I really loved staying at Granbell. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff made my experience even better. A special thank you to Kauya, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent service—I truly appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again!

A wonderful stay in the heart of Colombo

We stayed at Granbell Hotel Colombo for two nights as I had a meeting and a wedding to attend on both days, and we were looking for a centrally located hotel that would make it easy for us to get in and out of the city. Since we had not stayed at Granbell before, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try it.
From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. I contacted Roshain prior to our stay, and he was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. He assisted us with a very good rate and also helped with our request for a late checkout, as my meeting was finishing late on the day of departure. The hotel kindly obliged, which made a big difference to our plans.
When my wife and I checked in, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The room itself was immaculate, with excellent amenities and a very sophisticated bathroom, including Japanese toilets. The view from both the balcony and the bathroom was simply breathtaking.
Room service was also very good. Although we did not get a chance to experience all the facilities, we did use the pool and the rooftop bar, and once again, the views were stunning.
A very special touch was the personal welcome message from the General Manager, along with a souvenir. This was completely unexpected and made us feel truly special. From start to finish, we felt pampered like royalty.
The car park is also fairly spacious, with separate lifts, which is very convenient.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. We cannot recommend Granbell Hotel Colombo enough.
