“We Came for One Night and Stayed for Three!”
Our stay at Forest Edge was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and lush greenery, it was the perfect escape from busy city life. Waking up to the beautiful scenery and enjoying a cup of tea while overlooking the tea plantations was an experience we’ll always cherish.
Originally, we planned to stay for just one night, but we fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, exceptional hospitality, and delicious food. Because of that, we decided to extend our stay by another two days – and it was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. That alone says how much we enjoyed our time at Forest Edge.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We also loved the pool area and the relaxing environment throughout the property.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience and made us feel at home from the very beginning.
Forest Edge is the perfect destination for anyone looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy breathtaking scenery. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Amazing experience and unforgettable trip
Surrounded by breathtaking nature, I had an amazing hiking adventure and created wonderful memories. Every view was stunning and truly refreshing. The delicious food, warm hospitality, and excellent service made this trip even more special. I thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of nature and returned with so much happiness. I will definitely come back again! Highly recommended! ❤️️

Avoid it
The worst part is the moldy curtains from top to bottom, which clearly haven't been cleaned. They were even torn in places.
The pool fence was rusty.
The small sofa in the room also has a nice blue mold stain.
The smell of frying rises from the kitchens up to the pool area and the balconies.
We stayed for 1 hour, just enough time to find another hotel.
On the other hand, no difficulty in getting a refund, which allows them to have 2 out of 5 and not 1.
Nice view of the jungle, but they should remove the completely rotten truck right below that ruins everything.

A hotel in the clouds
The new cabanas feel like a tree house with a loft area the kids will love.
The pool is huge and inviting, and the staff friendly and helpful.
My daughter fell in love with the resident Sinhalese hound.
Great value for money.
I recommend.
