Tack för att ni delar er upplevelse. På Båsenberga värnar vi alltid om respekt och trivsel, men vi vill förtydliga att er beskrivning inte stämmer. Situationen handlade inte om ”fyra snusprillor”, utan om ett beteende mot vår personal – och som även kom att störa andra gäster – något vi inte kan acceptera.
När delar av ert sällskap agerade på ett sätt som inte var förenligt med våra värderingar och den miljö vi vill erbjuda, behövde vi agera för att säkerställa en trygg och trivsam atmosfär för både gäster och personal. Detta var också något flera i ert eget sällskap uttryckte förståelse för under kvällen.
Vi möter alltid våra gäster med respekt, men tolererar inte beteenden som riktas negativt mot vår personal eller stör andra gäster. Vår ambition är och kommer alltid att vara att skapa en varm, trygg och välkomnande miljö där alla kan trivas.

Would not recommend this place!!
During dinner, one of the company put snus in a napkin, when we started walking the waiter picked up the napkin and the snus accidentally fell on the floor. The male owner and one guy in the kitchen staff runs after us and immediately starts to get aggressive, we tried to tell the staff to be calm and that we would find out but then they just became more aggressive. The owner and the male kitchen worker threatened violence and pursued us out of the building and continued to escalate the conflict. It wasn't until we started filming that they calmed down.
Earlier in the day, old rosé wine was served, which we pointed out, but then we got a counterattack and that it was our taste buds that were wrong. Also here with aggressive tone in customer treatment
More unpleasant and aggressive owners you have to look for!!!
