Friendly staff
Would like to mentioned that the staff in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and polite.
Good location near to zurich central .

Nice service but quirky rooms missing key features
This hotel is in a nice location, with a large park nearby and surrounded by dining options and shops. The staff are also really friendly throughout the hotel, whether in the restaurant and bar, or at check in. The room itself had quite a few strange quirks though…
Firstly the lighting was almost impossible to figure out, with switches in some places, dials in other, and working out how to actually get the room dark at night was harder than you’d imagine. Then the random screen in the bathroom which permanently displayed “no input” was an odd feature. The walk-in shower was a good size but unfortunately the head was fixed so close to the wall it proved difficult to use. The bathroom itself was huge though with plenty of space.
The bed was made with two single duvets, which I’m never keen on, but there were electric sockets and a lamp next to both sides. The air-conditioning didn’t work but fortunately all the windows opened properly so I was able to cool the room down following the heating having been left on high. There was a coffee machine present but no kettle should you prefer tea and also annoyingly no iron facilities. However, the room remained silent all night and was cosy enough for a couple of nights.
Overall, for a decent price its a good options, but is lacking in a number of details to make it truly comfortable.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
My experience with Hotel Stoller has been extremely disappointing.
I accidentally booked the wrong month through Agoda (July instead of June) and discovered the mistake shortly afterwards. As soon as I realized what had happened, I contacted both Agoda and the hotel and explained the situation.
I fully acknowledged that the mistake was mine and did not try to deny responsibility. However, the hotel refused to offer any meaningful solution. I was informed that the reservation was non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-modifiable, despite the fact that I reported the issue well in advance of the arrival date.
What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the complete lack of flexibility and customer-oriented thinking. I asked whether any alternative could be considered, such as a future credit, partial refund, or another reasonable compromise. Instead, I received only a strict reference to the booking conditions.
For me, hospitality is not only about policies but also about how a hotel treats guests when an honest mistake occurs. In this case, I felt that customer goodwill and common sense were completely ignored.
I have not yet completed my stay, so I cannot comment on the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast or facilities. However, based on my experience with customer service and reservation support, I am extremely dissatisfied.
I will update this review after my stay.
