Víkend v nebi
Nádherný víkend v Omnia, od chvíle, kdy jsme vstoupili do hotelu a užili si welcome drink na terase s výhledem na velkolepý Matterhorn, do super vysoce kvalitních pokojů (byli jsme překvapeni upgradem) a prvotřídní večeře. Vřele doporučuji hotel. Personál je velmi nápomocný, díky čemuž jsme se cítili jako doma. Nechtěli jsme odejít.

Jen to nejlepší
Krásné apartmá se 3 balkony. Neposkvrněné prostorné pokoje v centru Zermattu. Prvotřídní servis všude kolem - od recepce, dopravy, restaurace. Zahrnuje všechny malé doplňky. Velmi zvláštní místo. Stále si užíváte dárkové dárky pro labužníky z čokolády!

OMNIA - nikdy nezapomene!
Opět jsme měli možnost strávit víkend v Zermattu a samozřejmě zůstat, kde jinde než v OMNIA. Nikdy jsme nezažili takové vřelé přivítání v žádném jiném hotelu od první sekundy, když nás řidič zvedne z vlakového nádraží do poslední sekundy v hotelu.
Těšíme se na brzký návrat a vypijeme si šálek čaje u krbu v útulné hale.

Magická zkušenost
Vrátili jsme se do Omnia, tentokrát jsme přivedli naše rodiče a pobyt opět splnil všechna naše očekávání. Hotel má podmanivou eleganci a personál poskytuje vynikající služby, aby byla každá část vaší cesty magická. Od šampaňského a balónků v místnosti po oslavu výročí po špičkovou službu při každém jídle se zdá, že Omnia vždy přináší svou hru A. 100% se vracíme, nemůžeme se dočkat, až se vrátím!

VÝNIMOČNÉ nad a za
Personál v tomto úžasném letovisku změnil noční můru letecké společnosti, která ztratila naše zavazadla, do velmi přijatelné situace. Celý personál (křesťanský manažer sám, Pascale, Laura a každý zaměstnanec) byl neuvěřitelný! ! Všichni šli nad rámec povinností a nepřetržitě volali leteckou společnost, aby sledovala naše zavazadla. Když to bylo konečně lokalizováno, poslali vrátného hotelu, aby ho vyzvedl na vlakovém nádraží. Kufr byl poškozen leteckou společností, že Bůh - vyslaný personál nám koupil novou zavazadla a přinesl ji do hotelu za hodinu s vědomím, že jsme se vrátili do vlaku a cestovali! ! ! Ve všech svých životních zkušenostech jsem nikdy neslyšel nebo se s takovou VÝNIMKOU SLUŽBOU nesetkal a obvykle zůstáváme v předních hotelech světa. Klenot tohoto letoviska spočívá v jeho personálu, jaké neuvěřitelné tým, ujistěte se, že vaše dovolená je prvotřídní! Vzpomínky z Omnie jsou vyryty v našich srdcích a nutí nás chtít se vrátit sem a tam! Děkujeme tomuto úžasnému týmu profesionálů, kteří splnili náš sen snem!
