Room was clean and neat and big. Toilet doesn’t separate wet and dry but not an issue. Windows also had insect nets. There’s a huge lawn area for guests to chill. Overall a very pleasant stay!! Service staff was very friendly and helpful as well in helping to bring our luggage up.

I will never stay here again!

Our non smoking room smelled like a smoking room. We had three people staying in the room, my husband, myself and our daughter, but the hostel only had supplied towels for two people, when we went to the front desk to ask for extra towels and extra pillows, the two men who were working at the front desk accused us of wanting extra towels and pillows so that we could sneak extra people in. There was also a lot of noise from traffic. The breakfast was a traditional Taiwanese breakfast and it was quite good.

Sorry to make you unhappy. The room smells of smoke and you can change the room for free. One missing towel is our negligence. As you said, the counter was busy at the time. We will give it to you immediately after confirming the number of orders. I believe you did not wait too long, which caused your unhappiness. We are sorry again.

房間乾淨舒適，衛浴也算大間且還算通風，整體上價格CP值不錯，在花蓮慈濟附中一帶，寧靜住宅區，莊園內草皮、停車場碧大寬敞。離市區開車幾分鐘就能抵達。

위치 상 나름 괜찮았어요, (자차 보유시)
개인차량이 없다면 좀 힘든 위치일듯 합니다.
직원분도 매우 친절하고, 시설도 나름 준수한 편이었으며,
주변이 매우 조용합니다. (시설 내 방음은 그닥)
