During my stay in Thailand, I had the pleasure of meeting Vivi, who works as a bartender at the hotel. From the very first moment, she showed professionalism, kindness, and an energy that truly enhanced my experience.
The drinks she prepares are not only delicious but also crafted with care and creativity. Vivi always paid attention to guests’ preferences and offered excellent suggestions. Her polite attitude and constant smile created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Very very bad

Upon arriving at this hotel for our holiday, we were greeted rudely by the staff. There was no electricity or water. It's also worth noting that they took a deposit upon arrival and refused to refund it upon departure, using various excuses. The rooms were not cleaned, the safe was not working, and there were all sorts of insects in the rooms. Please be cautious.Very very bed

Regarding the power and water outage, this was unfortunately beyond our control; however, our team acted promptly and did not remain idle in working toward a resolution. Details regarding cleaning services and amenities are also communicated to guests in advance. That said, we acknowledge your concerns about room cleanliness, the safe, insects, and service interactions, and we are addressing these matters internally to strengthen maintenance, pest control, and service standards.

Staff was friendly and room was nice. Great location and they offer breakfast too.
