A Quiet and Peaceful Retreat Wrapped in Beautiful Gardens

Having spent more than four
months at Allamanda, I can offer a comprehensive perspective on this property. One of its standout features is the stunning garden, which is meticulously maintained and provides breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. We often found solace on the spacious terrace, savoring our morning coffee or unwinding with a book in the serene evening atmosphere.
There are a few points worth noting. The reception isn’t open 24 hours, so if you run into any issues or need assistance late at night, you’ll have to wait until morning for help. Also, the absence of a breakfast buffet may be a downside for some guests, and housekeeping services are only available twice a week. Another important note is that electricity and water charges are billed separately, but there’s a handy coin-operated laundry room on the first floor for guest convenience. If you plan to bring a pet, it's a good idea to check the pet policy, as different buildings have varying rules regarding pet allowances.
The overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and cozy, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. All of the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which we truly valued. I accidentally left a kitchen appliance and a few items in my room when I checked out. The staff kindly took a photo and asked me how they would take care of it, which was a thoughtful gesture that I sincerely appreciated. Every member of the Allamanda team deserves recognition for their kindness.

Way under par!

The management office is a disgrace. They will fine you for minor things and pocket the cash. Very moody and generally negative. I would not stay again.

Very dissatisfied

Dirty apartment. The front desk at Reserva are woeful. Aggresssive male for starters.
Overcharged on bike rental. I was then fined for putting a towel on a balcony and leaving shoes outside my door for very short periods. No prior warnings!
They then lied and said I had been warned.Principal,not the money. Took the tarnish off an amazing 3 weeks. I've stayed here twice before,will not be returning out of principal.

A Pleasant Stay

The resort is located within a large complex of Laguna. The buildings are well maintained and the room is spacious and not pricey. The downside is that my room is not within walking distance to the beach. Quite dusty in some corner of the room. The sand in Bangtao beach is not as white as that of other beaches in Phuket though. It is a bit far away from other magnet destinations of Phuket and therefore much less crowded compared to other beaches there. I feel it is a safe place.

For me perfect!

For me a perfect location as I always travel with my own car. Spacious 65 sqm apartment with nice view over pool and golf course. Pleasant and quiet, but close enough to shopping and restaurants at the entrance of the Laguna. Well equipped and well maintained with everything clean and in good working condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay again during my future business visits to Phuket.
