Hotel matches price quality

Hotel price quality matched, not new, but clean and neat. Cleaning every day, changing towels every few days, bed once a week. Breakfasts are monotonous omelets or eggs fried, 2 sausages, rice, vegetables, toast, watermelon, water, tea or coffee, orange juice. We had a big room with a balcony on the road, no noise at night from the road. The beach is 15 minutes' walk, bike 5. The hotel has rental bikes and beach towels. 2 bottles of water given daily. She's at the hotel every day and is always happy to help if you need anything. The hotel will suit active travelers and without exaggerated expectations to the hotel for the money it costs.

They were closed for renovations. We called Hotels.com customer service and the rep said they had to call and verify the hotel was closed. I had sent Hotels.com a picture of the lobby under construction. The rep said she no one picked the phone when she called. REALLY?!? How about because NO ONE is there! Then the rep said, she’ll send an email and confirm with them. Ok lady, please sit by your email and wait for no one to reply. The whole reason I took and sent the photo in the chat, so someone could actually see what I was saying. You had to call, ok. But when the line is either disconnected or no one picks up, kind of helps confirm my story. Because we really didn’t want to pay 3x’s more to stay somewhere. I’m the end, we were grateful we found somewhere else and this delay only put us back a few hours

Evicted from the room, packed our suitcase while we were gone.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. Never wrote reviews, but in this situation decided to spend time and warn people not to mess with this hotel so as not to ruin their holiday. We got into it according to the system of fortune, as there was a combi tour and according to fortune had to live only 5 days, 3 of which we planned to leave on excursions. Basically, we needed a place to store things and that's it. We check into this hotel and are given a windowless room. Okay, we asked how much extra we had to pay for the window, we were shown the room, we paid extra for it for the whole term and checked in. The next day they left for excursions, hanging a sign saying "do not disturb". They brought the room key.
We come back three days later, we open a room, and there are other people sleeping, our stuff is not there.
We're in shock, we go to the front desk, and they cheerfully inform us that we've been moved to another room. The workers themselves entered our room, packed our belongings (apologies, underwear and socks) and simply moved us in without reporting anything. What if we left something in the safe? Luckily, we read the reviews of this hotel and took everything valuable with us. But how is that even possible?
Naturally, that same day we escaped from this hotel, booking another. Anyway, if you don't want any trouble, don't even mess with this place.

My husband and I lived in this hotel at the beginning of February 2024. Not a bad three-star hotel for the money. Pros: helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, window and balcony in the room, 2 free bottles of water every day. Of the minuses: very inconvenient location, it’s a calm walk of 20-25 minutes to the sea, respectively, about the same to the center of Patong; Room cleaning is at a low level (wet cleaning was not done even once in 10 days). If you want the bedding and towels changed, take them off and throw them on the floor. Also monotonous breakfasts, basically all you need is to eat, but on the 6th day you already start to feel sick from the monotony. In general, I recommend the hotel if the distance to the sea and the center is not important to you, and if you really like chicken eggs for breakfast.
