I had just an amazing 2 weeks here, considering the price it is such a great value and everyone and everything was wonderful ! Overall a truly enjoyable experience !

Too Noisy! Dated!
Our stay at Coconut Village Resort & Spa Phuket was extremely disappointing and ultimately unbearable. The hotel is very dated and clearly in need of refurbishment, with tired facilities, poor maintenance, and a below-average breakfast that didn’t meet even basic expectations.
The biggest issue by far was the noise. The so called tropical rooms are right by a busy road, and the constant sound of cars and motorbikes is incredibly loud and continues well into the night. Sleep was almost impossible, even with earplugs. The lack of proper soundproofing makes this completely unacceptable for a hotel that’s meant to be a place to relax.
When we raised this during our stay, the response from staff was poor. We were offered another room just three doors away, which would have made absolutely no difference given the source of the noise. We were then told we couldn’t move to a different, quieter block because it would be considered a “downgrade” at that point, we would have accepted anything just to get some sleep. The complete lack of flexibility or understanding was frustrating.
In the end, the situation became so bad that we left with 4 nights still remaining on our booking and were not offered any refund. We then booked another hotel for remaining 4 nights adding extra cost to our holiday. That says everything about how uncomfortable the stay was.
When we checked out, we were asked if there was anything they could do. I said that a refund for the remaining nights would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill, given the circumstances. Instead, they hid behind the fact that the booking was made through a third party. But realistically, who doesn’t use platforms like Trip, Booking or Trivago nowadays? It felt like an excuse rather than an attempt to resolve a genuine issue.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Nice location, but I wouldn't stay here again
Visited Phuket 4 times, and this is the only hotel I wouldn't return to.
The location is excellent. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, it's only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there's a small 7-Eleven conveniently located right outside the hotel.
However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The swimming pool was small, nothing like the photos, and the sun loungers were always "reserved" with towels, even though no one was actually using them most of the time.
If you are assigned a room facing the street, expect a lot of noise at night. Tuk-tuks with very loud music passed by constantly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
We were two female travelers who booked a room with two single beds. When we arrived, we were given a double room with 1 quilt without any prior communication. After returning to reception, we were simply told, "No twin rooms are available, sorry." Eventually, we were provided with an extra bed, but it was not very comfortable.
The long list of charges for room equipment immediately made us feel as though we were expected to pay for accidental damage rather than welcomed as guests.
The breakfast was very basic and exactly the same every day. Fortunately, there are many great restaurants within walking distance, so it was easy to find much better breakfast options nearby.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the room allocation issues, noise, limited facilities, and average breakfast.

Beautiful wonderful would visit again
Beautiful wonderful 5 minutes from beach, great breakfast buffet wonderful staff. I wish I would be able to come again as came with partner for his 40th bday in 2024. I can't praise this place and location enough. Please do not hesitate to book as its soooo lovely
