The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation.
Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close.
The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not book this property, it is not at all advertised, the property is absolutely torn up and the water near the room is all completely yellow and contaminated, rooms are in horrible condition and there are lizards on the ceiling, breakfast area is horrible as the place in the middle does not look like the pictures. The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the condition and place, I asked for a refund from hotel receptionist however he didn’t speak a single ounce of English and refused to issue a partial refund after I paid for 3 nights online, Expedia representative was of no help and i rebooked with a resort near Kata beach waterfront suites, that cost double but was amazing. This resort is a scam and I wish I could give it -100/10 ratings, worst place ever, please do not book here

At first glance the property is lovely like the pics, but it is in a very desolate area. There are no food options on the property or in safe walking distance, and it was difficult to get cabs to come out there to pick us up. The room was nice but our bathroom had a horrible smell and when it rained there was brown liquid dripping down the bathroom walls. Luckily the smell was contained when the bathroom door was closed.

Lovely and peaceful resort

The resort has a peaceful vibe, with a friendly owner Mr Na Na. His staff are very friendly too. Pretty little resort off the beaten track but still worth it. It’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main road with the majority of shops. I didn’t have the breakfast but tea and coffee ready available in the central breakfast area. 10 hours tomorrow.

Spacious room for 6-7 pax for a very affordable rate!
Clean beds and pillows!
Inside a quiet neighborhood
No frills check-in
soap and shampoo provided
No toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
Loft room comes with indoor and outdoor bath!
Cons
Rooms require some maintenance.
Loft area of the room can get a little hot in the day, as there is no insulation on the roof.
Might be a little too close to nature for some but it's alright for us!
Overall experience was good! Good to experience Thailand in a comfortable space!
