Absolutely amazing place
We stayed at this resort for 7 nights and it was absolutely amazing experience, the staff were helpful and the house keeping staff cleaned the rooms every day which was a bonus. Had the spa treatment on the first day and it was fabulous, the ladies couldn't have done a better job. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better. The location is also excellent and there are plenty of shops and a KFC is about 3 minutes away from the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have fussy eaters.

Warning ‼️ the hotel is substandard in several respects.
A big warning – do not book this hotel!
I cannot recommend this hotel. The WiFi connection is beneath contempt – it feels like the internet did 20 years ago. The connection is unstable and in periods non-existent. The customer service from several of the staff was also poor and unprofessional. The only exception was the manager, who was very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is in great need of a proper renovation. The power sockets are worn and the plugs are not properly in the wall sockets (see picture), which feels both impractical and unsafe.
The rooms are very responsive because the doors and walls are thin (see photos). It's hard to find peace and quiet.
The location is also nothing to cheer about – it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach in Patong.

Upon arrival the safe was locked. There was no danger in itself, but when I asked the woman at reception for help, nothing happened for about 15 minutes. When I then asked another employee, a man, for help, it took another five minutes before we received assistance. If I hadn't turned to him, we'd probably still be waiting.
Later in the evening, when the hotel's WiFi was basically not working, I raised this with the reception.
WiFi: The hotel's internet connection was practically non-existent. I measured the speed to 12 Mbps outside the hotel room, but inside the room it was 0 Mbps. I was therefore forced to buy private internet to have access to the internet at all during my stay.
Customer service: When I pointed out the problems with WiFi, I felt that the woman at the reception treated me unpleasantly and seemed uninterested in helping. I also mentioned the lack of service around the safety cabinet.
Shower: The shower barely worked – there was virtually no water running.
Power outlets: The power sockets need to be replaced as the plugs are not secure.
Noise level: The rooms are extremely responsive with thin walls and doors.
Breakfast: Breakfast was very poor. Fried eggs stood out without protection or heat retention. The bread was of very low quality. In addition, birds ran on the tables and among the cutlery.
Cleaning: The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory.
In conclusion, the stay did not meet our expectations, and we will not return.

Terrible Experience
A truly terrible experience during our stay at this resort. Our belongings were stolen from inside our room, even though we were out all day, and the only people who had access to our room were the hotel staff.
When we asked to review the CCTV footage to investigate what happened, the hotel told us that, coincidentally, the cameras were not working on the exact day the theft occurred and that the footage could not be retrieved. How can such a coincidence happen?
This has made me seriously question whether the hotel staff and management may have been working together to steal guests’ belongings.
When we asked the hotel to resolve the matter, they simply blamed us, saying, “You did not lock the door. Our housekeeping staff always lock the door when they leave the room, so this is your fault.”
This is the first time I have ever experienced a hotel completely shifting the blame onto the guest without offering any solution or making any genuine effort to resolve the situation together with us.
The service was absolutely terrible. I strongly recommend that everyone consider staying somewhere else to avoid having their belongings stolen by dishonest people working at the hotel.

Terrible
We had initially booked the room for 14 nights through booking.com, but only stayed for 5, visiting other islands. We left some of our belongings in the room, fully intending to return.
When we returned, we discovered that several of our belongings were missing, including a Harrods bear we had purchased at the airport. When we raised this with reception, we were shown a recording of the room the day we left, with staff insisting the items were “not there” and we had never left them there. The way this was handled was extremely aggressive and dismissive, accusing us of losing our belongings on our flight? Instead of an attempt to help us resolve the situation, or treat like a guest.
Unfortunately, the room itself was also no where near the standard we would expect from a 4-star resort. We were required to pay a £40 deposit yet the facilities were in very poor condition. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot both day and night. The shower had virtually no water pressure and would occasionally become dangerously hot. There was no balcony light, no proper room light and broken plug sockets.
We didn’t bother using the spa or the restaurant after seeing the state of the rest of the resort so we can’t comment on those facilities. however, the pool was unbelievably cloudy and appeared poorly maintained, with very few tiles left actually stuck to the floor. My partner unfortunately sliced himself several times.
Calling this a 4-star resort is shockingly generous, we unfortunately didn’t recieve a basic standard of cleanliness, customer service or maintenance. We would absolutely not stay here again and hope that others will see this and reconsider giving this ‘resort’ their hard earned money.

Could be a better hotel
Could be even more of a better hotel, just need some work done on it, the hotel was lovely, rooms nice size, food really good and staff very helpful and friendly.
The work that needs doing is the pool around edge of pool needs replacing due to broken plastic grates, the astro turf around pool was so hot you burnt your feet and the tiles in the pool was all falling of and can be sharp on your feet but everything else about this hotel was lovely the area was in walking distance of everything would stay again if the pool area is sorted
