Splendid evening at Phuket Campground

It is a nice place to unwind after your stress from work. Good for friends or family. They have 5 existing bungalows equipped with facilities like fridge, kettle, cup, shampoo, broom, towels, Aircon, heater, chair and table. Wifi in a greenery farm like place. Maybe it would be more amazing if they add some animals like goat, or sheep! It would be look like you are in another country!
The staffs were amazing! Check in is very simple , they did not even ask our passport or IDs! What a high level of trust! Will definitely recommend!

Bait & Switch

Normally I don’t write reviews good or bad. As well I was not intending to write this one however I think this should be addressed. I had been corresponding with Phuket camp ground for some time now. But covid restricted travel to Phuket. I travel there often for both business and pleasure when possible I prefer travel with our caravan. So once learning of Phuket camp ground I reached out to them about booking. I was greeted and given a quote that I happy with. However upon arriving I was told the price was much higher .Once we inquired as to why the change the owner went to a long list of reasons such as you are just going to run you’re A/C all day and night. If just had said sorry you were miss quoted it would have been over. We had planned to stay 6 days but once the business side of our trip we decided to leave. The owners comment was where are you going. Not wishing to discuss no answer was given. She asked again and stated if I had known this I would have not accepted you in.
A clear case of bait & switch. Obviously I will not be returning and not recommending any of our camping friends.

Wonderful quiet place and very nice people

I went here after arriving at Phuket airport because they advertised as campground. It is a beautiful big green grassed campground with a pond. The facilities are very new and clean. Phuket is an expensive island and camping here is only 250 baht. The owners are lovely people and they will help you with everything. There was a big storm coming and they told me to take my tent inside the communal living room and oh did it rain for the next hours, so I was very happy with that. They also let me store my bicycle box free of charge. When I unpacked my bike I saw a big hole in the box and it turned out one of my front wheel spacers was gone. The man of the house was so kind to make me a new spacer from a pipe that had the correct diameter, without that my trip could not have started! When I returned 2 weeks later they remembered they were so very welcoming again! She offered me the bungalow for only 900 baht including breakfast. The bungalows are very new and big with fridge, kettle, aircon, fan, tv, desk and more. Well worth my last bahts :-) she even offered to take me and my bike to the airport for 300 baht, that is less than half the price taxi company ask. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect!

We camped here for 2 nights. It's a lovely peaceful spot which can be hard to find on Phuket. Great facilities, lovely owners & staff. You need your own transport to stay here though. We camped in the off season so the restaurant was closed but we were self catering so that was fine for us. Although we were camping we had a look at the cabins & they are also very nice. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet place, friendly host.

After a 20 min drive from the airport you arrive at a beautiful open space. The bungalows are clean, the airco is very good, so are the beds. We arrived well after the kitchen was closed, but the host provided us with some basic food and beers after our long flight. At short notice she arranged a driver to bring us to Kao Sok the day after. For us it is a perfect overnight stop coming or going to the airport!
