Top Class Front Desk Management

The staff on the front reception desk do a fantastic job. From the moment I arrived until I left they did a very professional job, in particular Khun Honey. She is very attentive and takes responsibility, ensuring that guests needs,are fully taken care of. Honey is very professional and ensure guests are looked after. Full credit to her for her management skills and patience with people

Great Location BUT….

Great Location BUT…..
Room Housekeeping Poor.
> constantly chased to have room made up etc.
> coffee stain on worktop visible for our duration of 6 days
> bathroom not cleaned during the duration of our stay

Small selection of various foods which was adequate BUT food cold, even fried eggs coming from the Kitchen

Not recommended

The hotel is very tired, the furniture in the room is old, the bed creaked, the bathroom is just a quiet horror... Photoshopped photos on the Internet. The view from the window was not of the beautiful pool, of course, but of the murdered building next door. Fortunately, we didn't sit in the room, but we arranged for ourselves to have leisure time for the whole time we were there. Cleaned the room badly (even though the daily tip), the bathroom door falls apart simply, the mixers are all in limestone, in the sink under the rim of mold, where the siphon is also rusty, which makes you want to puke. Breakfasts are nice, but the same thing gets bothersome, bagging garbage in the passenger elevator. From the pros convenient location, directly opposite the sea, next to two cafes with delicious coffee where we had breakfast. Sports hall one name with 3 simulators .

Terrible, a threat to life and health

In this hotel, my family and I were paid for a stay of 11 nights from 13.12.2025-24.12.2025. We left the hotel already on the 15th leaving the hotel irrevocably more than 100,000 rubles . The hotel refused a refund.
Reason for the emergency eviction: a one-year-old child on the first day became stained, started coughing very hard because of the mold that is everywhere. We also got rotovirus as a family and spent the rest of our vacation in a Bangkok hospital. There's mold in the ventilation system, mold everywhere.
Unsanitary , dirt , lack of cleaning , yelling drunk under the window, fungus and mold , stink and lack of noise insulation with the street and between rooms are those words that can characterize this missing hotel .
Positive reviews of this place are not true. Negative truths . This is where the pool tiles fall off. Around the pool and almost the entire area of the boards that have rotted and all fall through. The uniforms of sick and sneezing employees are washed (they are poor people here at all).
Breakfasts are dangerous!!! We got rotovirus here and the whole family including one-year-old son spent the rest of the vacation under IVs!!! no food at breakfast practically: pancakes, sausages, tomatoes. Poor tourists are all very greedy about it. Avoid this place , take care

Amazing Location, Comfortable Rooms, and Kind Staff

Perfect location right in front of the sea. Breakfast was abundant and satisfying. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a balcony with an amazing view. The area being touristy was a bit noisy, but the glass doors were soundproof, so there was no noise inside the room.
Special thanks to Amalia, who did a great job with room service, and Nook at the reception, who was incredibly kind and assisted us with every request.
