Cape Panwa is a quiet, cozy place for those looking for privacy. Not crowded, almost no cars, in the evenings the street food market comes to the embankment. Quiet, calm neighbors; there are several good cafes, laundries, bike rentals and travel agencies in the area. Nearby there is a very small beach, where there is almost never anyone, and a little further on the bike there is a beach without waves, Ao Yon. The kodo itself is clean, cozy, has a good swimming pool, and has a small gym. The rooms are old, but not critical. Hot water heater. To get to the infrastructure you need a bike or car. There is no public transport here, nor tuk tuks. Taxi will be expensive. 20 minutes to Phuket Town, about 30 minutes to Rawai, Kata, Karon. Delivery of food here will also cost 100-200 baht and not all restaurants deliver. I lived in this condo from October to February 2023. The price was very reasonable - 12,000 baht/month subject to long-term rent. Other owners of apartments here rented out more expensively - 15-18,000 baht/month + utilities (around 2,000 baht). Reagents for water purification are poured into the pool once a month. Outside there is a common shower and tub, a common recreation area. I buy excursions through Phuket Chip Tour, it’s the cheapest, and the quality is the same. It's a little expensive to buy from tour companies in Panwa. For food, there are a lot of restaurants in Phuket Town for every taste and cheaper than in tourist places. Near the condo there is Diva massage ♀️, where they give a good massage from 300 baht per session. Phuket Aquarium (oceanarium) 3 minutes walk. A beautiful small embankment is good for evening walks and you can admire the sunrise and sunset. I recommend it for lovers of silence and a relaxing family holiday.
