Excellent little gem of a hotel
This hotel is such a find!
We stayed in two rooms as a multi generational family. The 2 bed suite was up a fair amount of steps which are not for the faint hearted in the heat of the day - so fair warning! the room was clean, well laid out and had a lovely balcony with great views of the ocean.
The second room was the pool suite - which we loved. The balcony had exceptional views (there is a little bit of building work going on next door to the left but it didnt interfere with our stay) .. the pool was small but did the job of cooling you down, - the kitchen and small dining area was cute and functional. You got a few soft drinks and water on your first night complimentary and this was welcomed after a long journey.
The beds are super comfy, and we realised after staying in several other hotels during our stay, actually the very best beds we had! Pillows were soft and there was plenty of space in the whole room. Lots of wardrobe space, a TV and sofa with coffee table.
Bathroom was equipped well and large... shower was great bath we didnt use but a great touch.
The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially as my card didn't work to pay, they were very patient!
The communal pool is literally right above the beach so you can choose what you would prefer, but there are no beds (that we could see) on the beach, and the pool has very few beds and parasols, we were only there for 3 days so it was not a huge issue - but bear in mind.
In the reception you can cook yourself toast and get coffee and soft drinks - although we didn't. The staff can order you Uber/ transfers etc and trips too.
The steps... there are lots... if you forget something from the pool to the 2bed apartment - you will know about it!
The area..a really lovely little area of Panwa, we turned left out of the hotel and ate in the Green Mango restaurant for dinner one evening which was literally a tiny little home based restaurant with sunset views... the foods was delicious but ... be clear about level of spice required ha ha...
We ate Breakfast and dinner in another restaurant to the right and down the hill, and had breakfast in a cute little upstairs restaurant further around... there is not huge amounts in the area unless you walk a fair way, but there is enough to keep you entertained, with a Pharmacist, supermarket, beach bars, massage, beauty, laundry, tour operators, tourist shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The area is reasonable priced for food and drinks we discovered later!
But this hotel is well worth booking ahead as prices go up.. fabulous beach, fabulous beds, excellent for a chill few days.

This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms.
However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming. In addition, the set up of how the bathroom connected to the rooms was not ideal for privacy. There was no way to lock the doors to keep my teenagers from entering the bathroom from their room, this privacy was difficult.
They provided only 4 small bottles of water per day for 4 people- I'm not sure why they couldn't provide access to a water filter or even just more water, but it was rather inconvenient to need to walk to the 7- eleven to carry gallons of water back regularly.
Though they did such a nice job of combing the sand at the beach for the hotel, when the tide went out, the mud left there is filled with trash. I realize they can't control the tide or what is carried in by the water, but it was somewhat off-putting, even when the tide was in, you knew you were wading through trash. Also, there was not easy access to the paddle to quickly take the kayaks out without walking up the almost 100 steps to the main desk to ask for help.
Side note- this property would be impossible for anyone with mobility constraints, as you will walk the stairs frequently.

Paradise in Panwa Beach
We had an unforgettable stay at X10 Suites on Panwa Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the hotel's beauty.
Nawalee greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel immediately at home. San was incredibly attentive, helping with our luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed. Each day, Sandy took great care in cleaning our suite, leaving it immaculate and fresh.
The suite was outstanding – the king-size bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the private pool with a stunning sea view was an absolute luxury. We could stay here forever
The location is second to none – the beach is pristine and exclusive, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand. The infinity pool, right on the beach, provides breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Dollie and Ronald for their outstanding service.
We highly recommend X10 Suites for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and breathtaking scenery! If you are still unsure … Just book it !!! You will NOT be disappointed.

Holidays in Panwe
Stayed in these apartments for 5 days . They chose a two-bedroom suite with ocean views. The apartment is new and spacious. Appliance - good ( used mainly fridge ) Beds are comfortable. Cleaning is great. The view from the terrace, in my opinion, is the best on Panwe .
The pool is pure (always the only ones to swim in it). Beach towels - new (changed every day during cleaning)
The beach is muddy, but they try to clean it up as much as possible. The tides are bright. Fortunately, nearby, within walking distance (about 700 m) there is a great beach Ao Yon , where you can have a great time .
Near the hotel there are good restaurants and shops 7 11 and Tops , nice massage parlours .
The only and significant downside is the construction next to the apartment. It's loud all day long. But, rather, it's the downside of not the hotel itself.

Bad value for money
Communication in English very difficult, aging equipment, noisy air conditioning, limited cleanliness (including individual swimming pool not swimmable), cold environment and decor, significant number of steps when you are downstairs, 30 minutes by taxi from the center of Phuket... By versus nice beach restaurant 200 m away
