A good hotel that is poorly managed.

I went on a 5-night vacation. First of all, the staff are very good. It really felt like I was being given special attention. From the bar staff to everyone working in the restaurant, they kept asking us one by one if we needed anything. But the hotel's management is a fiasco. I had to shower without hot water for three days. I understand that a problem might arise and it can't be fixed that same day. But being moved to another room because there was no hot water for every guest who came to the room next to mine, while only being given a room to take a shower, drove me crazy and I was really on the verge of checking out of the hotel early. While I was dealing with all those problems and getting ready to pack my belongings, the management team was sitting there chatting and laughing. The person who dealt with me was the person in charge of phone calls, neither a manager nor anyone else. They didn't make the slightest attempt to rectify their mistakes even after three days. They were only given a room to shower in on their last evening, that's all...
Overall, it's an inexpensive hotel. Expecting 5-star hotel service is ridiculous. The food is of decent quality for the price. The alcohol also feels cheap, and there are a few bottles of vodka a day, then it's gone. The pool is good. The location is excellent. It would be even better if they didn't deliver the service you receive as defective service.

Quality of service is insane

THE BLUE GARDEN HOTEL ( SPA )
The Staff Who Worked Turkish Coffee From the Division Couldn't Serve Without Dropping Any Apologies They Treated It Like Nonsense.
Different Service for Paying Cash for the Spa is Bad Service for Paying Credit Cards and Bank Cards.

Bad Hygiène

We went for a day to take advantage of the spa.Their staff don’t speak Turkish. There’s no one to help. Hygiene zero. Only-use products aren’t. You are not taken seriously when we complain. Absolutely not....

Higiene is too bad

We’ve been to the spa, unfortunately, we’ve found out that the single-use and personalized slices have been used a few times.They accepted this complaint as normal.

Hygiene is bad....

We went with my friends to use the spa and hammam.Hijyen doesn’t have any knowledge or ideas about the zero.They use single-use and personalized toiletries for many people, and they say that openly.I’m very surprised and sorry, never go.
