Very pleasant pension

The location was incredible -- centrally located in the old town and easy to get everywhere. The owner was very nice, the bed was really comfortable (great after having had not-so-great beds prior to this!), the a/c worked beautifully, and breakfast was fine and sitting outside to eat it was great! We'd definitely stay here again.

A nightmare !

The rooms and toilets were not clean and smell bad. The quilts were so old and ripped. The the roof window was too small, I asked if I could change the room and the receptionist showed me another one with no window, the humidity smell was awful, I preferred the first one. I saw and old used piece of soap in the bathroom and it made me feel disgusted. The towels were not well washed. The second stair is not safe, I was really scared of using it, it feels like all the thing will collapse. We got two rooms and paid for three. The receptionist is an angry man, he wasn’t nice and he looks like he doesn’t care about anything but his money, which is in my opinion too much for what it is, I wouldn’t stay in such a place even for free, I literally run away the next day, I don’t know about the breakfast because after all what I saw, I didn’t want to commit a suicide. If you like dirty and unsafe places, or if you wanna get sick, then absolutely go to Dedehan.

bad smell in room ac not working

awful bad smell in room. ac not working. not clean even for a two star. and bad service in reception old man having bad behaviors.
location not bad but we will never will turn back to this pansion.bevare

Hotel was very cheap and good located. Breakfast was simple and there weren't problem to ask for more bread, tea etc. Hotel owner very kind and helpful. Rooms and toilets could be more clean. Second stairs don't look safely we was afraid of using it.

Charged double!

Very sad that Mr Cafer, the owner of Dedehan lied to me - I was late for my booking - he assured me that all was okay and I should pay him in cash . However, the money was still taken off my credit card against his promises. When calling him , he twisted his words and denied what he had said initially... dishonest!
