Budget hotel

The hotel is very close to the metro station, we got there from the airport ourselves. The main problem with the hotel is poor cleaning. We had 2 family two-room rooms with a sea view on the 3rd and 4th floors. Bed linen and towels are fine, there is shampoo, soap, and shower gel. They provided a kettle, there is a mini-fridge in the room, there is tea/coffee, but no cups, we bought cups at the store. But I really want to wash the numbers.
On the second day, a sewage smell started on the 4th floor, and we moved to the second. Air conditioners are working, there is hot water.
The breakfasts are quite good, the products are fresh - greens, oil, jams, porridge, dry cereals, cheeses, coffee, cocoa, tea, pastries, only boiled eggs. The dining room is clean, on the 5th floor with a sea view.
Considering there were 8 of us, it's okay for the price. We booked one room for 3 nights and one room for 4 nights through the aggregator, because of a late check-out, for 240 thousand tenge (about 500 dollars). Overall, it was 30 thousand per person for the entire stay with breakfasts, don't complain about such a price). Of course, we only stayed at the hotel.
If you kept the rooms clean, it would be wonderful.

The bathroom was dirty, and the tap and shower were broken as well. I find this very distressing.

Helpful front desk staff 24/7 and good wifi. English tv channels would be nice.

Good hotel in a great location, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and the upkeep was good. Breakfast was okay, the hot options were different each day. Overall a great value option of you need many rooms on your visit.
