This was our second time. The Hotels is the best around this region. We would prefer it again next time.

Heaven in Istanbul amazing hotel

Location was beautiful near transport . Atmosphere was very energetic friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Value was very exceptable for last minute booking for Aston Villa final . Noise was quiet . Service was fast and friendly . Amenities were stocked daily with 2 free waters and other items we needed . If room wasn’t cleaned due to do not disturb they would leave a bag on door with 2 waters free . Would I stay again ABSOLUTELY 100% . Thank you for a lovely stay . Spa was absolutely amazing very very posh and clean best one I’ve experienced yet . Bad reviews don’t do this hotel justice. Please experience yourself and don’t listen to them .

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this hotel because on the Trip.com website it was not clearly shown that the hotel’s swimming pool was not available.
We specifically chose this hotel so that we could enjoy the pool for three days. When we arrived, the reception staff were very unfriendly. We spent two days sitting in the hotel room because there were no facilities or alternatives available.
We decided to check out early because we did not want to spend this amount of money just staying in the room. At the reception, we politely explained the situation and simply asked whether the hotel could perhaps compensate us with a complimentary hammam for two people.
The staff behaved very rudely, and the receptionist became aggressive. My suitcase was damaged, and they wrapped it for me, but then they demanded 300 Turkish lira for it. I explained that I had already paid 160 euros for the stay and that this could perhaps be considered a small compensation for the inconvenience.
The receptionist then became physically aggressive. He grabbed my wrist, pulled me, took my suitcase away, and acted as if he wanted to tear it apart. He kept pulling and handling me aggressively. He said that if I did not pay the 300 lira, he would not return my suitcase.
In the end, we checked out one day earlier than planned, left the hotel, and had to find another accommodation.
The bathroom was dirty and not at all up to the standard of a five-star hotel.
Today, we asked for an extra cleaning service, but the cleaner came with a dry cloth only, wiped the tiles with it, and polished the faucet. That was the entire “cleaning.

Terrible hotel in the slums of Istanbul. At least 30 minutes by taxi to get to the center.

Hello there. How does the hotel have 5 stars not understand?!!! The hotel's not fresh anymore, the smell in the room. The door to the bathroom opens inside, and if there is a person in the bathroom, the second cannot enter. The pens on the shelves are already rusty. You can slip on the shower floor. Cleaning for a three. Very little room light. Mirrors on the cabinet with blackout.
Hamam is open until 10 p.m. Steam is weak. The sauna is barely warm.
In the pool you need to buy an extra hat from them ‍
In general, the choice was made for this hotel because of the hamam, but it did not live up to expectations.

Room with main front street unbelievable small hard to walk, nowhere to put laggage, bed very low with matress that sure belongs to a low budget hostel, not for a supposed to be 5 stars hotel !!!
This hotel rooms, beds and bathrooms are one of the worst i have stayed !!!
5 stars is a joke, unceptable , lobby looks nice but the rest is purely deceiving !!!
Breakfast mediocre, plus if your spouse isn't well and can't go to breakfast, you aren't allowed to get a croissant to the room, simply prohibited !!!
Also hotel rule, No Food allowed from outside !!! Laughable indeed !!!
