Nice staff

Very helpful staff and a clean and comfortable room. Good price and located within walking distance of all the key tourist sites. A word of warning: not far down the main road at the end of the street a very seemingly friendly man will invite you into the Terrace Restaurant where a couple will be given a meal suitable for 8 people and you will be charged 158 euros for it.

My experience at Elisa Hotel in Istanbul was disappointing. During my stay, I encountered bugs in the room and an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. The breakfast experience was also subpar. Additionally, the location was noisy at night with intoxicated individuals roaming around. It's crucial for the hotel to address these issues.

Horror

Terrible experience with this hotel!!!! Photos are not according to reality, they have us an apartament where the ceiling was falling the water was leaking all over, the bedsheets were broken and dirty, mold all over. When we refused to stay in those conditions that would make us sick, they didn't want to refund us anything from what we have paid for our 1 week holiday.. They ruined our easter holiday, we had to search for another accommodation and didn't get to a resolution with the hotel or with booking, the platform where we have made the reservation. Stay away from this hotel!!! They only want to make money and laugh hut in the face of their guests

Total scam, stay away from this hotel

TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS "HOTEL". BAD NEIGHBORHOOD AND STRANGE PEOPLE, READ FOR FULL STORY.
Credit card was declined by the hotel the day before arrival, and I immediately called them to make sure everything was ok: they told me to just show up and everything will be fine.
Once arrived, a skinny guy told us that the reservation was canceled due to problems with credit card (which is not true, we were using the card just a few hours earlier).
The rooms, he said, are available but for more than double the price. So, with 6 of us waiting on the road, I told him I talked with a person the day before the arrival and he wanted to see the phone number; at this point he said we did something wrong because it was the wrong number and we called Booking. Turns out that this number had an image on WhatsApp, and that image was a man sitting outside the hotel (clearly recognizable, there's a blue flowerpot). So I asked him "who's that?". The answer was "He's my boss, but I can't help you I am only an employee". There were locals in a bar outside, and they were just looking quietly and did nothing: they are used to this type of scam and they play the game with tourists.
We had to look for another accomodation, promptly given to us by a "friendly" man on the same street. Did a bit of research and I think they all know each other, avoid all the hotels of the area at all costs! They want you to pay cash, all in advance, without receipt, and maybe then split the profit. Worst experience ever, those scammers must sleep with one eye open because of all the angry tourists.

so bad

We had a really bad experience in that hotel. When we first arrived to the hotel for check in, the man on the reception asked us to pay in cash while in booking they say that we can pay by credit card. After discussions, he asked to pay more if we want to pay by credit card. The room was so dirty, no cleaning service. The bed was so dirty. We asked more than 3 times for a blanket and once they provide, it was smelling so bad. In the ceiling of the bathroom was mold. The card to turn on electricity in the room was broken and making noise all night. The curtains were broken. A lot of cigarette butts were in the windows. Once we checked out, they took the same amount of money that we payed by credit card for our staying. We had to wait more than 2 months for refund from Booking because the hotel never replied.
