We would like to kindly clarify that only some of our standard rooms do not have opening windows. Regarding the elevator access to the underground parking area, for security reasons, the elevator can only go down to the parking level with a staff access card. However, our team is always happy to assist our guests upon request.

Good hotel
Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training.
