Excellent Stay – Warm, Welcoming, and Perfectly Located

I stayed at Herton Boutique Hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. The location is truly excellent — just a short walk from Eminonu pier, which makes exploring Istanbul incredibly easy.
My room was pleasant, clean, and comfortably warm, providing a cosy place to rest after long days in the city. The reception staff deserve special praise: they were exceptionally polite, friendly, and communicative. Always ready to help, answer questions, and provide anything I needed.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Overbooked - No room

Arrived on Friday evening at the airport to be told on an answerphone message that the hotel was overbooked and that I did not have a room. The hotel had additionally organised an airport transfer for me which didn't arrive. A Group of 5 friends that arrived late afternoon were also turned away from the Herton as it was overbooked. Shambolic.

This hotel is scam

I booked this hotel for three days for group of 5 people on arrival the hotel staff Barborus told that you have room at other building when we reached there it’s another hotel name Victorious and it was having Air condition problem room door not working and we were forced to take the room as we argue with the hotel staff about what we asked we didn’t get and then the staff become from nice to angry and used threatening tone so this is typical type of a scam hotel they show something online and when you reached they will give you another place and if you deny there tone become threatening and they work as theifes

a very bad hotel. bad brakefast, mosquito around room

I was still here for 4 nights.
first night until tomarow we didnt have hot water.
they didnt have extra blanket
a lot of mosquito around the room
they clean the room every 3days.
realy realy bad bad brakefast

Everything was good ❤️ Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff... Thanks for all especially aslanooo we will miss you! And we will miss our beloved istanbul byebye until we meet again insha2allah❤️
