For family vacations

Price ratio quality is excellent.
The room is clean, spacious enough for Istanbul) a big minus of course the absence of an elevator, but since it is a historic building, the installation of an elevator is prohibited.
Not all staff speak English, had to communicate through an interpreter. The location is generally comfortable. Besiktas Square is 2km away, 20 minutes on foot.
Big plus, it's quiet, lived in the Kabatash area, it was impossible to sleep at night.

The hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated the hotel’s location. It is conveniently situated in a tourist area, which makes it a great choice for visitors. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Bad experience

Very dilapidated hotel, cleanliness leashed desired. Mold on the walls, stains on the sheets, a floor that becomes dangerous because the joints come loose. Surfaces are sticky, dishes are dirty. The shower is not fixed and leaks. Toilet paper is to be put in the garbage and cleaning is done only every two days (live in your m**de). Beds are added in a standard room to put up to 4 people so more access to the closet and very little room. We had a nightmare. The pictures are false. Electric socket in the bed and that unhooks (fire risk) Cheap is sure but there is better for the same price. The wifi works intermittently.No possible arrangement with the manager who only sees his money. I do not recommend this property at all. We are very far from the 3 stars. +++ risk to your health

Not recommended!!

Absolutely NOT recommended!! On the first day we received for two people and a child that wrong room! There was only one double bed. It was said next morning we would get another room, but this was a lie and the next day we also did not get another room! It wasn't until the third day. It was striking that both rooms had shortcomings. Hair dryer was broken, balcony door not working properly, shower cubicle door broken! Old rancid decoration, was cleaned that room only if you have given notice, which is also unusual!!!
On the ground floor, it smells penetratingly of incense sticks, as if you were trying to paper over smells.
When we requested the hotel's invoice, the hotel owner did not want to provide it so that we could not arrange the legal bases for a refund of our hotel booking!! We only received these shortly before the end of the booking period!! Very deceitful!!
In addition, we have handed over our car keys with confidence to the hotel owner so that he can re-park our car, as this hotel does not even have parking spaces and offered this.
WE NOTICED HOW THE OWNER HANDED OVER OUR CAR KEYS TO ANOTHER PERSON WITHOUT CONSULTATION WITH US!! THE X COVER PERSON WOULD HAVE DRIVEN OUR CAR NARROWLY AGAINST A POST!! AN INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE HOTEL OWNER!! Then comes the following comment from the owner: well can happen is a car, you can do nothing.
INCREDITABLE!! Easy!! My recommendation Stay away from this hotel!!

Laur hotel

Overall, I was left with a good impression, because, in my opinion, there were several more advantages.
The hotel is more family-friendly and it is worth going there with children, because there is everything for them. I think that this is included in the price, and a young couple should not overpay.
Pros:
- Surprise and gifts on the occasion of the honeymoon.
- No hotel bracelets.
- Access and transfer to Apollon
- Good sports activities, World Class gym.
- Friendly hotel staff.
- The hotel area is large, well-groomed, and there is Wi-Fi almost everywhere.
- New Marina building. Travel agents immediately advised us to stay there because it was newly renovated, had its own swimming pool, bar and everything was as modern as possible. Other parts of the hotel are different.
- Personal assistants on WhatsApp. We contacted them several times and quickly helped.
