Satisfaction
The staff's politeness is admirable, everyone is professional, feedback is very quick, the pool is clean. It was a bit busy because we went in June, but the staff were attentive and never let you down... There are lots of activities for children. In short, it's one of the best holiday resorts you can visit. Thank you :)

I'm so glad we stopped in Istanbul
I was really pleased with my 3-day stay The hotel is simply beautiful. I want to come back again if I have the chance. The food is fantastic, the rooms are clean and very nice, and the staff are especially friendly and wonderful ⭐️ The lady who took care of me at the reception was very polite, and there was another lady who accompanied me to the room and also provided information, so the service was excellent ✅✅ There was a short, young lady in particular that we kept encountering and she was constantly helping me. The aqua park's doors were closed during women's hours, but we happened to meet. She explained everything to me and helped me; she was a very kind and friendly lady After that, whenever she saw me, she would always ask "Good morning, how are you?" I remember that She was a very affectionate person; I felt her sincerity. She helped me a lot; may God bless her She was one of the staff members who escorted me to the room. I asked her name, but I don't remember it. I wish I did. She was from Giresun, the same hometown as my husband

A wonderful and unique experience.
A fully integrated resort located approximately one and a half hours from the center of Istanbul.
There are many wonderful things to do within the resort.
It contains several restaurants and cafes, in addition to the resort's main restaurant.
A large swimming pool and water games accompanying the pools.
Multiple action and electronic games.
Everyone will enjoy it, whether adults, children, or even couples.
The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
I would like to especially thank Shahd, who helped us a lot and speaks Arabic.
They treated us kindly upon arrival by welcoming us with drinks.
They also gave us nice gifts when we left.
A suitable resort with a European countryside feel for those seeking tranquility outside of Istanbul and plenty of relaxation.

Perfect Hotel Perfect Workers
It's our 3rd visit to mola , I love this place , really amazing, kids friendly It's a dream destination for any family. Special thanks for miss Roza and Asena they were very helpful

Rude
I had a very disappointing experience at Mola Istanbul and will not be visiting again. The overall service was poor, and the staff were not welcoming or helpful.
The most concerning part was the kids’ play club. The staff there were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. When it comes to children, professionalism and kindness are extremely important, and unfortunately this was completely lacking.
I would not recommend this place, especially to families expecting a friendly and respectful environment.

Öncelikle deneyiminizi paylaştığınız için teşekkür ederiz.
Yapılan araştırmalarda, Play Academy seans bitiminde çocuğunuzu vaktinde almamanız nedeniyle yeni seans otomatik olarak başlamış ve bu seansın bir bölümünü çocuğunuz kullandığı için ücreti talep edilmiştir. Bu durum üzerine personellerimizle ilgili olumsuz bir yorum paylaştığınız görülmüştür.
Gün içerisinde yapılan incelemeler ve kamera kayıtları, çocukların oyun alanında bazı aşırı davranışlar sergilediğini, buna rağmen oyun ablalarının sürekli anlayış ve ilgi göstererek görevlerini yürüttüğünü ve herhangi bir yanlış davranışta bulunmadığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca konaklamanız boyunca 3 ayrı kişisel asistan tarafından odanızla ilgilenilmiş, her gün talepleriniz karşılanmış ve her konuda yardımcı olunmuştur; bu durum yazılı olarak raporlanmıştır.
Yaşanan bu durumların ardından, ekstra kullanılan seans ücreti iyi niyet göstergesi olarak sizlere iade edilmiştir. Misafir memnuniyetini önemsediğimiz için süreç boyunca gerekli hassasiyet gösterilmiştir.
Yine de, tüm çabalarımıza rağmen farklı yerlerden birçok olumsuz yorum paylaşmanız, iyi niyetli görünmemektedir; ancak bu durum, sunduğumuz hizmetleri daha da geliştirmek için bize yol gösterici olmaktadır.
