A big disappointment

Booking the rooms was easy and quick. I chose this hotel because it was near Florence Nightingale Hospital, where a family member was receiving treatment. I informed them of our arrival time. When we arrived, the rooms weren't ready. They apologized, explaining that the previous guest hadn't checked out by 12:00, which prevented cleaning. They asked us to wait in the lobby, where I noticed the leather seats were peeling and not repaired. After an hour, I grew frustrated and asked for an explanation. They offered excuses, trying to prepare two rooms that were difficult to get ready. In the end, they provided one room, apologizing for the second. When I entered, the room had a strong cigarette smell.

We left dissatisfied

I was looking for a hotel in the city center with the kids, I was looking for a hotel in the city center, Jolly Tur recommended us this hotel and we even told them that we have a little child and we said there should be rooms next door, he also wrote the necessary arrangements to the hotel as a note, and he said that he would make the necessary arrangements when you arrived the hotel, they gave us rooms under the terrace suit, the rooms under the reception, the terraces opened up and there are so many rooms next door, and the rooms are allowed to pass each other, and there are only glass doors, so we trusted our children and the room we stayed next door, and the door was easy to open, so we hesitated, and when we went to the hotel, the rooms under the terrace, the rooms under the reception, but I did not have to wait until we went to the reception.

Recommendation

I went on a business trip, it was within walking distance to the courthouse, and I was pleased. If you want breakfast, I got it at an extra cost and the flavor was good enough and nice.

Very negative

I have to say quite honestly, if it was the worst hotels I've stayed in so far, whether it was from arrival to staff and security I had booked a room with terrace then we came to the room. There were two single beds and no terrace. Then I upgraded to a supposed suite that is supposed to have a balcony. The balcony is 30 cm wide and 1.5 m long the room I had booked. With terrace I did not get. Terrace is probably misspelled here at Booking COM there are only small balconies Terraces are in the sweeten on the sixth floor I was told then there was a technical error today. There I went out into the hallway to see if anyone could tell me if there was a power outage etc. because the TV did not go and the phones also then the neighbouring door of my room stood. Neighbor or neighbor. I don't know who lived in that room open to the public then I had someone come and ask why they leave the door open here when cleaning because there's all the stuff in there then I was told that the customer left the door open so the cleaning staff could come in. Then I said I was traveling all over the world and I've never seen a customer leave the door open from the room that the staff should clean there, so I ended up trusting this hotel. I have valuables here and had to take them all with me today because I was afraid that the cleaning staff would also leave my door open for over half an hour. So by no means does this hotel deserve four stars.
Rooms are unfortunately very dirty and the bathroom mold is not. I was not renewed my coffee cups today no new coffee was refilled and the cleaning in the room is also to be desired. I think a name like Ramadan should work on it. We go to cleanliness zero
