Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff, specially Tarik, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made the experience even more relaxing. The food, amenities, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. It was truly a memorable stay, and we would gladly return again in the future.

Terrible

1 star – Extremely disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely negative, especially regarding the cleanliness, organization, and attention given to guests.
Upon our arrival, with check-in scheduled for 2:00 PM, we were informed that the room was not yet ready. We therefore had to wait until 4:30 PM with our luggage before we could finally access the room. A two-and-a-half-hour wait past the scheduled time, without service that met expectations.
Once we entered the room, the situation was even more disappointing. We found hair clearly belonging to previous guests both under the bed and in the shower, a clear sign of absolutely insufficient cleaning.
Furthermore, a strong and persistent bad odor was coming from the bathroom and spreading throughout the room, making the environment practically unbearable. For this reason, we were forced to keep the windows open to try to make the air more breathable. It is a shame that the windows were also dirty and full of dust, making the questionable attention dedicated to cleaning the room even more evident.
Even the management of the most basic needs was very disappointing. We had to go to the reception several times to ask for toilet paper, and each time we were only provided with one roll at a time, instead of adequately providing for the room's needs.
Finally, to our request to receive new towels, we did not even receive a response. A lack of attention and assistance that we consider absolutely unacceptable for a hotel establishment.
In conclusion, it was an experience that left us very dissatisfied. Delays at check-in, dirty room, bad odors, poor cleanliness, lack of essential supplies, and total inattention to guest requests: a series of problems that, taken together, made the stay extremely unpleasant.
For the price paid, we expected a completely different level of service and, above all, cleanliness. We will not return and we do not feel we can recommend this hotel.

Tarik was amazingly helpful, organising room service for us and ensuring that we had everything we needed. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and tramline. The photos led us to believe there was dining available but this was not the case. However there are places to eat everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and central location.

Great hotel!

The location was great, and the hotel had a friendly atmosphere. I really liked the hotel staff and how clean the room was. The noise level was low.
