Value for money, Super clean,Prime location
Location is superb,meters away from the 24/7 lively Istikal street.
Close to all tourist attractions.
Its a multi storey hotel,no wheel chair accessible entrance or lift.
Real value for money. Plenty of restaurants,pubs, night clubs & shopping options nearby.
Kettle, tea, coffee, water,TV,Free WiFi, ensuite toilet all provided in room.
Toilet and room size are small.
Rooms are super clean!

I chose this place based on its high ratings and positive reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major mistake. I seriously question the legitimacy of those ratings after my experience.
-The bed sheets had visible blood stains, and there were other disturbing "bodily fluids" on the curtains. I’ll leave it at that, but it was disgusting.
-The bathroom was full of mold, an unhygienic and unpleasant environment.
-We had no hot water for hours, and when we reached out to the staff, their response was completely unprofessional. Rather than offering a solution, they were argumentative and even became threatening at one point.
-The lack of maintenance was obvious, lamps were hanging loose, and the walls were filthy.
-We encountered sex workers on the staircase, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.
-The building has no elevator and many floors. While this was the least of the issues, it's worth noting for anyone with mobility concerns.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. If you’re considering this place based on the positive reviews, I strongly urge you to reconsider. It completely ruined our stay.

Scam!!! Be very careful! ROGUES!!! BE CAREFUL!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this hotel! Booked a room through Agoda at a good discount, always use this service and get great deals, especially at the "no refund" rate. However, a week before I arrived at the hotel, problems began.
At first, I started getting threats and demands to cancel. I explained that this was not possible and contacted Agoda customer service. They confirmed that the messages from the hotel were a clerical error and apologized. However, it appears that the hotel lied to Agoda, claiming that everything was fine, when in fact they were trying to rip customers extra money or even resell the room, taking advantage of the non-refundable reservation.
These fraudulent practices are simply unacceptable! A few days before the trip, the hotel wrote me again 2 hammy texts insisting that their services are "very expensive", and that I should pay four times what I had already paid assuring that a room in their Hotel costs 40€ (yes, I found a discounted price per night of 13€ and their hotel websites cost 20 - 22€ - so in the end I just got an adequate discount as a regular customer of "Agoda" service, but the hotel or its management just decided to trick and boil down several times selling the same room to several customers! In the end, we had to find a new option urgently, of course the prices have already increased, but we still managed to find a hotel of a similar type for 15 € instead of 40 € per day as tried to extort this hotel)
I strongly discourage this place. Beware, crooks! If I hadn’t seen the message in the “Agoda” back office I’d have to sleep outside or pay the inadequate difference to these cheaters!
Ps. I spoke to the service "Agoda" and they promised to refund the money for the non-refundable reservation and apologized, but unfortunately they have not yet refunded, and for the new reservation of course they have already withdrawn the money!
Below I attach a few screens with proof of all the above, as well as a screen where you can see that even now without any discount this hotel is 23€ and not 40€ i.e. my discount was 50% which is quite normal for the service "Agoda"! I've gotten bigger discounts!

Filthy taksim stinky park "suites"
The worst hotel in the city!
Dont go there.It is disgusting, dirty and only for sex with prostitutes. "Breakfast" is prepared in a toilet kitchen area and served in the lobby! No tables. When we arrived we asked our money back because we couldnt stay there and the "professional" owner wouldnt give the money nor do anything to change our stay there. He was just saying " it is a cheap hotel what do you expect?". Anyway we lost our money and left for another hotel beacause this one was unbearable. DON'T GO TO THIS FRAUD!

Great location amazing staff
my wife and I have picked this hotel for 5 nights. The location was great and staff were amazing, well-behaved and hospitable. you can count on them all the while.The two bed rooms were a bit small, however the 3 bed rooms were fantastic. you can reach to Istiklal street in 1 min by walk and Taksim is just 7-8 mins away. Breakfast was just acceptable and every morning Cedar asked about tea or coffee ( he was so nice )
