Exceptional stay

If you're visiting Istanbul, The Biancho Pera Hotel is the place to stay! The location is unbeatable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Mr. Yasin, the manager, is a true gem—his attention to detail and commitment to excellence are unmatched. He ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Deeply Disappointed by the Service and Conditions

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised private parking, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. I didn’t move my car once during my stay, and the hotel had my keys the entire time. When I checked out, my car was damaged in two different places, and the staff completely denied any responsibility. It was a brand-new rental with almost no mileage, so there’s no question where the damage happened. To make things worse, I found cigarette butts on the hood — probably from the hotel employees who hang out and smoke right in front of the reception by the parking spots. Completely unprofessional.
The kitchen area was filthy, and most of the food options were gone within the first hour of breakfast and never replenished. There was no coffee, and I even saw a stray cat roaming around the kitchen — absolutely unacceptable hygiene.
The room was equally disappointing: it was dirty, the fridge didn’t work, and there were rusty nails sticking out of the bathroom door frame. On top of that, the bathroom door handle broke on the first day, making it difficult to even close or open the door properly.
When I brought all these issues to management’s attention, they were dismissive and defensive, showing no concern or willingness to help resolve anything.
Overall, this place is poorly managed, unsanitary, and dishonest.

Cannot find anything positive

Rooms without even room for the trolley... bathroom that doesn't fit more than one, the door slams on the sink and the window is inside the shower.lift that locks, key to the door that doesn't work, we changed rooms because unthinkable sleep x car noise, but even that key did not work, every time we had to get off the 4th floor and go back up with someone to apre.Window without curtain, the second day we were put a white sheet thrown from inside to outside.Surface attitude and mindless staff Breakfast unproposable for the quality of the products... the worst in all Istanbul, last day skipped because at 7.30 had not yet prepared anything and we had to go to the airport at 8.00.... little cleaning .. forget this place, and 'terrible

Worst hotel i ever see

Good: location and clean bed.
Bed: The room was in poor condition, the renovation had been done a long time ago, noisy (from the corridor and from the road under the windows), mold in the shower, breakfasts were not tasty, coffee and cocoa from bags, the breakfast room with falling apart furniture, the staff ignored requests to change the room - "come tomorrow" - and so on for 3 days until we got tired of going to them

I was sold a dream!!!

My family stay in this room was very chaotic. The overall condition was a concern: cleanliness was poor, several advertised items of equipment were missing, facilities were defective, and safety for children was compromised due to exposed electrical cables and poorly secured wall lights, which could become dangerously loose. The curtains were broken and too narrow, allowing daylight to pass, and the room was very poorly soundproofed, with odors of persistent evacuation. The refrigerator was dirty and unusable, while the hot water temperature varied unpredictably during the shower; moreover, one of the two basins provided only cold water. I also observed traces of mold in the bathroom. The contour of the front door of the room was cracked, allowing light to pass. In addition, some parts of the headboard were peeling off. Breakfast offered little variety, choice and quality, WITHOUT EVEN A FRUIT JUICE. Television did not broadcast any French-language channels. I felt like I was in an abandoned room. In addition, the staff was not very responsive to our requests. I would definitely not recommend this property!
